Research On The Discipline Construction Of The CCP Since The Establishment Of The People's Republic Of China

In modern society,90 percent countries exercise party politics,which is the core of modern policy.Modern parties,especially the ruling party and the participating parties,exist in general constraints of disciplinary rules that have different degrees of stringency.The crucial members of parties must support the political program and policy position of their own parties.In Chinese history of society and party politics development of modern times,unlike other parties,the Communist Party of China,as a revolutionary party generated form outside system,is a Marxism political party organized by revolution spirit and iron discipline.Formulating and implementing strict discipline,especially stringent political discipline,is the historical tradition,political feature and unique organizational advantage of the Communist Party of China.Since the Eighteenth CPC National Congress,the new session of central committee of CPC has put the reinforcement of discipline construction into a prominent position and also has made a series of significant deployment to reinforce discipline construction.Therefore,since China has founded for 60 years,what achievements have CPC made in discipline construction?What lessons could be drawn?What is the current situation of the discipline construction of CPC?What are the problems to be solved?All these are major theories and practical problems that need focused research at present.This study focuses on the discipline construction of CPC since the foundation of new China.Based on "one foundation,one master line",the study follows the staging method of history node,comprehensively uses normative research and empirical research,analyzes the thoughts of leading group concerning discipline construction in different historical periods,investigates the course of discipline construction in different historical periods,researches specifically the development and perfection of discipline system as well as the evolution and function change disciplinary practice of governing authority,summarizes basic experience and main features of the discipline construction of CPC,finds out the problems occurring in recent theory and practice of the discipline construction,analyzes the reasons causing these problems and puts forwards to feasible suggestions to further carry discipline construction.As to the structure of this study,it contains four parts and six chapters aside from introduction.Introduction:briefly introduce the origin of this study and how to carry out the study.It mainly makes some defines concerning basic concepts,such as rule,discipline,discipline construction,the discipline construction and system of CPC.It also sums up literature both at home and abroad and then explains the studying thoughts,methods,path,data source and the key,difficult and creative points.The first part is the cultural source and idea origin of the discipline construction of CPC,which is also the first chapter.It contains Chinese traditional culture of orders and laws,Max,Engels and Lenin's discipline construction theory concerning proletarian party as well as the thoughts of the core leaders of CPC on discipline construction.Treating and analyzing critically Chinese traditional culture of orders and laws to provide cultural resources for reference.Abstracting Max,Engels and Lenin's discipline construction theory to support theories of discipline construction.Sorting out and summarizing the thoughts of the core leaders of CPC to offer guidance for discipline construction.The second part is historical investigations of discipline construction of CPC which includes the second chapter,the third chapter and the fourth chapter,covering history courses of the socialist revolution and construction period,the new period of reform and opening as well as the years after 18th CPC National Congress.Furthermore,it sums up the effects in each period and concludes corresponding setbacks and lessons.The third part is the chapter 5,which summarizes the basic experience and main features of discipline construction.On account of historical investigation on discipline construction since 1995,this part concludes the basic experience of discipline construction of CPC and explores the main features through the longitudinal historical research.The fourth part is the chapter 6,which makes realistic reflection on the above theories,history and experience and then further puts forward to countermeasures and suggestions about improving the discipline construction of CPC.
