The Research On The Effect Of Practicing The Socialist Core Values Of The Farmers In Nanyang City Of Henan Province

From the formulation of the socialist core value system to the cultivation of the socialist core values,it can be observed that the strategic arrangements concerning the value system and the values have achieved great social influence,which not only fully demonstrates that our party' s theoretical consciousness and cultural innovation work have received extensive attention,but also fully reflects the strong voice of contemporary people to establish the mainstream value in our society.However,the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values,as a long-term strategic task,cannot be expected to achieve great success overnight.Comrade Xi Jinping correctly pointed out that for a social value to really take effect,it must be integrated into social life and let people perceive and comprehend it in practice.We should pay attention to closely connect the things we promoted with the people's daily life,and make efforts to do the details well.The purpose of study on cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in rural areas is to investigate China's largest group-farmers,hence to know current situation of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in details.The cultivation and practice of the socialist core values,from the perspective of the individual farmers,is to constantly recognize and acknowledge the core values of socialism and to practice them in their life.To achieve such an effect,the administrative organizations at all levels,the mass media and social organizations need to make efforts in the propaganda mechanism,example demonstration mechanism,incentive mechanism,carrier construction,excellent cultural heritage and other aspects.These efforts can help the farmers to complete cognitive transformation,value transformation and behavior transformation,so that farmers can fully acknowledge the socialist core values,which is the general idea of this dissertation.This dissertation consists of an introduction and five chapters.The introduction discusses firstly the establishing process,the status quo,and the background of socialist core values strategy,then the major strategic significance of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in rural areas,finally the significance of the study on the effectiveness of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in these areas.The first chapter,starting from the concept of effectiveness,discusses the internalization effect and the externalization effect from the perspective of the individual farmer' s cognition and behavior development.In this dissertation,we propose that the internalization effect is a process in which the peasants form a value consistent with social requirements through five stages,i.e."sensibility cognition,rational experience,acceptance,value generation,and behavior forming".The externalization effect refers to the process in which the farmers continuously develop habits and trends consistent with the core values,such as hardworking,filial,honest and friendly,civilized and law-abiding,democratic and scientific,etc.The definition of effectiveness is the theoretical basis for the analysis of the influencing factors and the countermeasures.The second chapter discusses the factors that affect the effectiveness of the socialist core values in rural areas from the aspects of procedural elements and typological elements.The procedural elements mean that our cultivation and practice work should focus on language transformation,cognition transformation,value transformation and behavior transformation.The typological elements include the way of mass media transmission,the overall level of awareness of farmers,the mechanism of rural cultural construction,the state of typical demonstration,the influence of non-mainstream values,the construction harmonious rural areas,etc.In the third chapter,based on the analysis of the concept of effectiveness and the influencing factors,we try to construct the preliminary evaluation system of cultivating and practicing the socialist core values in rural areas,namely "two levels","four dimensions","18 key indicator"and dozens of refinement indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the situation.At the same time,it introduces the general principles of the index system,the scale formulation,the implementation steps and the disposal of the evaluation results.In the fourth chapter,based on the questionnaire survey and the combination of author' s own work experience,the dissertation selects Nanyang City as the case of nurturing and practicing the socialist core values in the rural areas.The actual situation,the main problems and the obstacles to the incensement of influence are analyzed from the angle of research data and practical work.The fifth chapter,taking Nanyang City as an example,discusses specific countermeasures for magnifying the effectiveness of practicing social core values in rural areas from the aspects of carrier construction,popularization and its mechanism,traditional culture inheritance,primary-level organization construction,party member cadre demonstration,culture of Nanyang characteristics,etc.
