| The communist party of China has always attached importance to honesty education,this is the essence of Marxism political party,and the inevitable condition of leadership toward Chinese people of all ethnic groups in revolution,construction and reform.The research about the honesty education of the communist party of China for different historical periods plays very important significance theoretically and practically in the party construction,the ruling ability,the development of contemporary China.The history of honesty education of the communist party of China consists of enormous subjects,this article concentrates on one of the specific topics which relates to the honesty education content system of the communist party of China as the breakthrough point,expecting to acquire a certain degree of generalization and interpretation about the historical panorama in honesty education of the communist party of China from previous researches towards the different historical period.At first,this paper summarizes the corresponding research results,concepts and theoretical support.Then from the second chapter to the fifth chapter,I collate the main contents of the honesty education of the communist party of China to a certain extent in chronological order.The second chapter talks about the honesty education content system of the communist party of China evolves from germination,preliminary study,development to basic mature during the new democratic revolution,.During the early founding of the communist party of China,the main contents of the honesty education focused on the spread of Marxism,consolidation in revolutionary faith of the communist party member,enlightenment of class consciousness and excitation of revolutionary consciousness among the workers and peasants.During the land revolution,the main contents of the honesty education focused on justice honesty,the army discipline,honesty quality of the communist party members,and clean power of the provisional central government of the Chinese Soviet Republic.During the Anti-Japanese War nationwide,the main contents of the honesty education focused on sense of patriotism,the communist party members’ character of honesty in serving people heart and soul,the glory of honesty,and the cultivation of incorruptibility in the border region governments,etc.Within the liberation war,it stressed on national future,the communist party members’accomplishment of Marxism and integrity construction of the liberated governments,etc.In this period,by the changing situation of the Chinese revolution and the maturity of the communist party of China revolution theoretically and practically,it turned into a relatively integrated system gradually from a sole thought of ideological education at the begginning,by means of fulfilling the government practice with honesty education in behaviour and laws.The third chapter reveals that the honesty education content system of the communist party of China has realized bigger success in depth and sustainable development within the socialist revolution and construction,.During the early establishment of the nation,the main contents of the honesty education emphasized on the socialist outlook on life,the people’s public interests as the party’s interests,being diligent and thrifty in building the country and honesty legal system,etc,through land reform,suppressing counter-revolutionary,the war of resisting U.S.aggression and aid Korea,"three antis","five antis",rectification movement,movement of being diligent and thrifty in building the country.During the meandering forward of the socialist construction,the main contents of the honesty education focused on adhering to the leadership of the party and the Chinese socialist road,the socialist clean moral,the arduous struggling political scene of the communist party member.During the "cultural revolution",although the implementation in the honesty education had been suffering setbacks,and the effect had been eliminated somehow,there were still a great number of events had been organized spontaneously with justice in the later stage by the masses of the people,which reflected the effectiveness of ideological and political education that the party had been dedicated to for a long time.Since the foundation of the country,according to the qualitative transformation on the historical position of the communist party of China,the historical mission of the Chinese nation,the basic conditions of the Chinese society,the honesty education content system had been further affirmed and strengthened on its architecture,meanwhile its specific content,the historical background,and historical task got polished with each other constantly,the honest cognitive education of suiting socialist state’s construction was developed along with putting to good use of the fine tradition and successful experience of the ideological education of the communist party of China,these all embodied the systematic combination of historical inheritance and the era development.The fourth chapter is the period of the reform and opening up and the socialism with Chinese characteristics made a step forward to the 21st century,the honesty education content system of the communist party of China obtained the revival and development.During the great turning point in history and the start of reform and opening-up,the main contents of the honesty education focused on the Marxist ideological line,the honest behavior standards of the party members and cadres,the clean system construction,and the socialist honest social fashion,etc.During the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the reform and opening up in full swing,the main contents of the honesty education focused on the theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the clean working style,anti-corruption,the democracy and legal system education,and the clean social climate.On the way to the new revolution of reform and opening up,Chinese economical,political,social and cultural aspects are changing quietly.In order to further promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the honesty education content system presented the characteristics of the new era,such as took the party members’ ideological education as basis points,highlighted the anti-corruption struggle as emphasis,pointing out that how the fight against corruption related to the life of the party even the nation,it required that corruption should be treated both with its revealed symptoms and root causes and controlled comprehensively,also equal stress laid on the ideological education,honest cognitive education and honest psychological education,it should pay more attention to democracy and the legal system education,as well as promote the formation of clean climate by constructing and maintaining the clean party and government officials working style.The fifth chapter discusses the period that the reform had been deepened comprehensively,as well as a massive promotion on socialism with Chinese characteristics,the honesty education content system also produced a new breakthrough and upgrade.During the construction of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,the main contents of the honesty education focused on the scientific outlook on development,the honesty education is in a more prominent place,it consists of the ideological education,honest cognitive education and honest psychological education with a new perspective of probity culture,this further improvement had been made through its integrity,coordination,and systematic construction.The sixth chapter is about the contemporary enlightenment of the historical experience in the honesty education content system of the communist party of China.The honesty education must be a consistent,we must grasp the honesty education content system in integrity,stage,object,and hierarchy,at the same time,we must grasp the scientific education technigues and methods with the honesty education content system centered.At last,it draws some conclusion and makes prospects,some study innovations are highlighted along with the brief summary,in addition,the author’s prospect of research in this field is put forward. |
