A Study On Historical Evolution And Realistic Selection Of The Development Of Russian Eastern Region

Russia has always attached great importance to the development of the eastern region,throughout Russia,the Soviet Union and Russian Federation.This thesis uses the multi-disciplinary theories,including politics,economics,history,demography and others to study the reasons for the development of Russian eastern region at different times,analyze the policies and measures of the development of Russian eastern region at different times,summarize the achievements and lessons of the development of Russian eastern region at different times.On this basis,the relationship and distincion between the history and reality of the development of Russian eastern region will be explored,and the future direction of the development of Russian eastern region will be reasonably predicted,in order to further deepening of Sino-Russian comprehensive strategic concurrent partnership,explore new breakthroughs in the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia,consolidate the basic conditions for the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia.In this thesis,in accordance with the three stages of Russian history,the development history of Russian eastern region is divided into three stages: preliminary and fundamental development,planned and extended development,strategic and selective development.Although the development periods are different,the similarities and differences in the development process are quite obvious.The similarities are:in different periods,the subject of the development of the eastern region has always been govement;in different periods,the govements have developed the eastern region for the consolidation of political rule,economic development and the promotion of international competitiveness;immigrant encouragement,the development of the agriculture and industry,the improvement of transportation infrastructure have become the main development policies of the govements;the social economic of Russian eastern region has been developed,but the imbalance of the social economic development of this region has been aggravated.And the differences lie in the development demands;the development policies;the development modes;the development priorities.At present,Russia attaches great importance to the development of the eastern region,the development of the eastern region is not only a demand for economic development,but also an important embodiment of the transfer of Russian geopolitical and national strategic priorities.Therefore,through the analysis of the development polices and measures of Russian eastern region in different periods,and the summary of the achievements and lessons of the development of Russian eastern region in different periods,in order to explore the laws and characteristics of the development of Russian eastern region,providing a basis for the innovation of modes and fields of the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia.
