Research On The Use Of Government Performance Information:Based On Big Data Technologies

With the development of the theory of government performance management and constant exploration of practice,a wealth of academic research results has been accumulated.It is showing a flourishing development trend.Meanwhile,there are still many problems in performance management.Theoretical research and practical exploration begin to reflect.Scholars increasingly focus on the terminal of the performance management cycle.They pay more attention to research performance informantion's impact on public organizations and social services.The important issue in the research of performance management is how to make better use of performance information to improve the quality and effectiveness of performance management.Government performance management needs to make more profound changes and impove management style and system.Using new research methods and perspectives to research performance information use is of great significance for scientificity and sustainability of government performance management.With the development of internet information technology,big data has become the mainstream.The introduction of big data will be the direction of future government performance management development.This paper constructs a mode for government performance information use based on the perspective of big data.Current problem of performance information use is the starting point of this study.This study attempts to combine theories and big tata technologies to analyze the use of performance information.Combined with the case analysis,this study analyze the mechanism and effect of big data technologies on promoting performance information use and then tries to verify the impact of big data technology on the quality and effectiveness of performance information use.The main research contents of this article include six parts.Based on literature review,Chapter 1 clears the purpose and value of this study,design research ideas and research methods.The chapter 2 clarifies the value,method and influencing factors of the government performance information use.Another part summarizs the current problems and solutions of performance information use practice.All of the above content provides inspiration and ideas for the follow-up chaperters.In order to solve the problem of objectivity and science in performance information use,Chapter 3 attempts to analyze the performance information use with big data technology and focus on the analysis of techniques and methods of big data technologies in performance information use.Then we construct a mode for government performance information use based on the perspective of big data.Chapter 4 is about typical case,which gives an in-depth analysis of the main techniques,processes,and mechanisms of the application of big data technology in the performance information use.This is all for improve objectivity of performance information use.Through another case analysis,Chapter 5 discusses how to use big data technologies to promote the use of data and performance information for fiscal and taxation business and provide support for government decision.We try to improve the scientificity of information performance use by this way.The last part is about conclusion,Innovation,shortages and prospects of future study.Five conclusions can be drawn from analysis.Firstly,the article validates the feasibility of using interdisciplinary methods to research performance information use by technical perspective.By experimenting with the analysis of different disciplines,the feasibility of interdisciplinary technical analysis and theoretical research is verified.Secondly,by the case analysis,the article examines the feasibility of using big data for performance information.This paper validates the process,method and effect of performance information use with big data technologies,strengthens the persuasiveness of theoretical analysis and proves that big data technology has strong operability in practice.Thirdly,the analytical mode for the government performance information use by big data is explanatory.The analysis framework not only meets the current technologies of big data,but also can well link the research of big data tools and performance information use.Fourth.this paper verifies that big data technology can improve the quality of performance information sources and the objectivity of performance information.The case study verifies that the big data collection and preprocessing technology can realize the automation,real-time and diversification of information collection and preprocessing as well as improve the objectivity of performance information.Big data technologies help to improve the quality and effectiveness of performance information.Big data distributed computing and analysis processing technology can assist government decision support systems.The use of information aspect can shift from micro-management to decision
