Study On The Deliberative Democracy System Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Thisthesis focuses on the Deliberative democracy system of socialism with Chinese characteristics(Abbreviation:DDSSCC).The main content revolves around four aspects:First,study the origin and development of the DDSSCC,and systematically sort out the process of exploring and practicing the democratic society of the Communist Party of China and summing up the historical lessons.Second,discusses the value,form and function of the DDSSCC.Thirdly,the consultation and democratic system was viewed from both the domestic and foreign perspectives.And then explores the relationship between the DDSSCC and the Chinese government and CPPCC system,the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics,the Chinese People's Congress system and the grassroots democratic governance in China.At the same time,it makes a systematic comparative analysis of the DDSSCC and the Western consultation and democracy.Fourthly,it discusses the obstacles or problems in the operation of the DDSSCC,and deeply studies the path of its development.The content is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter starts from the definition of the concept of negotiating democracy,discusses the main points and the shortcomings of the rise and the process of Western consultation and the western theory of democracy.It also describes the concept and connotation of socialist consultation democracy.The second chapter explores the theoretical origins of the Chinese Communist Party's deliberative democratic ideology.And then explores the understanding and exploration of the Communist Party of China before the founding of new China in three different time periods and summarizes the historical experience.The third chapter discusses the understanding and practice of the Communist Party of China on the negotiation of democracy after the founding of new China.Then this chapter studies and discusses the process of the emergence and development of the DDSSCC,show the co-democracy show from scratch,from weak to strong development trend,in general,in a spiral state.The fourth chapter discusses the value,form and function of the DDSSCC.It is the inevitable choice to perfect the Chinese political system and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is believed that the socialism with Chinese characteristics is a democratic form with distinctive Chinese characteristics.It has political participation,resource integration,curbing corruption and deepening the function of democracy.The fifth chapter examines the comparison of the DDSSCC.Mainly study the relationship between the DDSSCC and the Chinese government and CPPCC system,the socialist party system with Chinese characteristics,the Chinese people's congress system and the democratic governance of grassroots democracy in China,and understand the running mechanism and characteristics of theDDSSCC.The sixth chapter compares the DDSSCC and the Western consultation and democratic system,points out the similarities and differences between the DDSSCC and the Western consultation and democracy,and points out that DDSSCC needs to draw lessons from democracy Western Debate on Democratic Experience.The seventh chapter discusses the current resistance of the DDSSCC,and analyzes?the reasons.Preliminary proposed a further improvement of the path selection.Finally,this thesis looks forward to the development of the DDSSCC.
