Study Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics Democratic Political System

Marxist theory on democracy is a series of judgments on the essence of democracy, the basic pattern and the law of democratic operation. It is a great theoretical weapon for proletariat to carry on revolutionary struggle in the capitalist system. It is the theoretical basis for proletarian party to unite and construct its army. It is also the theoretical basis to build a socialist democratic political system. Socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristics fully reflects the basic meaning of Marxist theory on democracy and ensures people being the masters of the country. According to Marxist theory, people's autonomy theory, political party theory, autonomous theory, the system which combines parliament with administration and theories of universal suffrage system are the theoretical bases for socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.In the period of revolutionary war, socialist construction and reform and opening-up, under the guidance of Marxist democratic theory, the Communist Party of China had led Chinese people to make unremitting exploration on suitable democratic political system for China on the basis of national conditions. Socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristics has experienced a process of emergence, development and improvement. It has demonstrated its superiority from the beginning, and it did well especially in the development of socialist democratic politics and ensuring the full realization of people's rights as masters of the country. Of course, we should also realize that the superiority of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics is not fully exerted due to a variety of factors. If we do not study and solute these factors, it will be of no advantage, and its institutional self-perfection and development cannot be realized. Therefore, this paper will give a comprehensive analysis on factors constraining the superiority of the socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristic in order to develop strategies to perfect this system.This paper is divided into introduction, text and conclusion, and the text consists of four chapters. The first chapter points out that the theoretical base of socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristic is Marxist democratic theory. The second chapter discusses its emergence, development and evolution, as well as its content and superiority. The third chapter analyzes the factors that constraint the superiority of the socialist democratic political with Chinese characteristic. The last chapter discusses the strategies to promote the superiority of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The conclusion chapter discusses the relations between the developing Marxist democratic theory and the developing socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, and the relations between improving and developing the democratic political system and displaying the advantages of system, and analyses how to remove the factors restricting system's superiority.The research achievements are reflected in the following two aspects:First: This paper makes further analysis on the constraints of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics systematically and empirically. According to the research results of this field, the theoretical results of this paper are the first one in China. In addition, its strategies have certain feasibility and pertinence.Second: This paper put emphasis on theory research and focuses on democratic political system with Chinese characteristics. The achievement of this paper is beneficial for those who want to continue to deepen the theory study and those who chose one aspect or one problem as study topic. Besides, it will also provide certain guidance to the practice of how to display the superiority of socialist democratic political system with Chinese characteristics fully.
