As a new concept of urban development,the smart city has been recognized by the government and the business community.The concept of intelligence and people's livelihood,the academic community also does not have a unified consensus,still flourishing.People's understanding and practice of intelligence and people's livelihood are still at the beginning and exploration stage.This article will focus on the "what is a smart city and the people's livelihood" of this real issue,at the same time,for the definition of smart cities to further build a smart livelihood network system for research.This article starts with the appearance of smart cities and the status quo of construction and development,as well as the necessity and importance of the construction of smart cities in China and puts forward the important question of what is a smart city,and analyzes and analyzes the significance of this issue.It then introduces the core of the thesis research and the construction of the Intelligence Livelihood Network System.The structure of this paper is as follows: Chapter 1,Introduction.Firstly,it elaborates the research background,research problems and research significance of this paper,analyzes the current domestic and foreign research status;secondly,it analyzes the research methods,research contents and technical routes of the study,then draws conclusions of this hierarchical structure of the Intelligence People's Livelihood Network System are researched and analyzed exploratoryly based on hierarchical models and probability map models,and a series of basic viewpoints and theories about the Intelligence and People's Livelihood System have been formed.In exploring the hierarchical structure of variables,the relationship between variables is first explored using an undirected graph model,followed by a directed graph model to explore the mutual causal relationships between variables,and the solution methods for the parameters in different situations are given.Secondly,using data mining methods and urban real-time data including geographic data,meteorological data,spatio-temporal data,educational data,etc.,combined with theoretical analysis model methods to construct a model of a smart livelihood network system based on a hierarchical structure,using spectral clustering methods to give The comprehensive indicators at each level were combined,and the bottom-up relationship of the hierarchical structure in the system model was discussed in detail in conjunction with the theoretical model estimation results,and the formation and operation processes and internal mechanisms of the smart people's livelihood system were better revealed.It integrates medical science,education,environment,transportation,and other cross-disciplines with statistical methods toform a unified whole.Thirdly,empirical results with practical significance are given.In order to further tap the effective information and knowledge of each element,suggestions are given for the intelligence development of Beijing Municipality to guide decision-making.Using various data mining methods to explore the various components of smart transportation and smart environment,new conclusions and opinions have been obtained.Including Beijing's green sustainable development,low-carbon travel modes,air quality index distribution,etc.are given detailed discussion and analysis.This analysis result greatly enriches the results of relevant policies in the development of BeiJing and has good practice.significance.Fourth,the related theories of the urban people's livelihood system have been further developed.A detailed and complete process has been given for the source of the people's livelihood problem and the solution to be solved.Gradually improve the concept of smart people's livelihood,and innovative use of a variety of models and a variety of data analysis methods to achieve the smart people's livelihood,and innovatively used the various elements of smart people's livelihood to understand and study the system composition of cities from five aspects: strategic systems,social systems,economic systems,and spatial systems.
