In recent years,the situation of international terrorism has become more and more serious.The activities of terror organization have caused serious threat on the security around the world and have made huge negative impact in the field of social,cultural and economic.The trend of globalization of terror organization has been more and more obvious.It has formed complex systems with a variety of groups,such as operational command group,resource acquisition group,skills training group and cultural support group.Therefore,studying the structure and evolution of terror organization network,analyzing the organizational structure and organizational process,discovering the characteristics and regularity of terror organization network has great importance to understand the terror organization,build effective intervention strategies and maintaining public safety and social stability.This thesis focuses on the evolution of the terror organization network and summarized the main ideas of researches on the terror organization network.The quantitative research method has been proposed to analyze the structure and evolution of terror organization network from the perspective of computational organization with network analysis.The key problems of longitudinal analysis,evolutional dynamics measurement,evolutional behaviors recognition and evolutional dynamic computational experiment of terror organization network are deeply studied.The main work and innovation of this thesis are summarized as follows:First,the current research status on the field of anti-terrorism in China and abroad has been systematically reviewed.The current research problems on the evolutional analysis of terror organization network have been discussed.Based on the current research results of the terror organization network,the trend,dynamics,behavior and dynamic of evolution on terror organization network have been systematically described from the perspective of computational organization theory,combing the theory of network,the traditional organization theory and computational experiment.The extendable research paradigm of terror organization network evolution has been proposed.Second,to analyze the evolutional trend of terror organization network,the change measurement framework has been built based on the theory of longitudinal research.On the basis of this,the rules of the organizational structure of the terror organization network evolution have been analyzed,including the characteristics of the whole organization network and the change of the event community network.It reveals the change rule of important members and the relationship between different events of the evolutional process of terror organization network.Third,the multi-elements dynamics analysis method of terror organization network has been proposed based on the multi-layer network model.The multi-layer organization structures of operational network,resource support network and intelligence network have been built.Through the dynamic analysis of multi factors,it is helpful to understand how the of terror organization network works as an organization and the dynamic changes caused by the operational process and individual interaction.Fourth,an improved preference measurement method is proposed to identify the individual behavior in the evolution of terror organization network.The terror organization network is a complex system and the individual behavior is the driven force of the macro emergence of organization.Based on the network growth model in complex network theory,three individual behavior pattern are measured,namely the node addition,node deletion and link formation.The method is tested with a case study.Fifth,the computational experiment analysis framework on the evolutional dynamic of terror organization network is built with Agent based modeling.Based on the idea of Agent simulation and modeling and organizational network theory,the extensible computational experiment framework is built.The framework includes the organizational structure model and the organizational process model of the terror organization network.On the basis of this framework,the results of the organizational network evolution and the organizational performance in different environments are studied.Sixth,the construction method of intervention strategies on terror organization network based on organizational computation research is explored.The discussion is performed from the perspective of evolutional trend,event network evolution and behavior dynamic of terror organization network.This provides a decision-making basis for the construction of terrorist organization intervention strategiesThrough the above research,we hope to provide a theoretical basis for studying the inner structure and organizational mechanism of terror organization,to expand the theory and method of computational research on organization,to further understand the internal rules of terror organization activities,so as to provide decision-making basis for the construction of effective intervention strategies and to improve the ability of the state to effectively maintain social security and the ability to fight terrorism.
