Build A Network Of Financial Asset Management Companies, Based On The Corporate Network Organization Theory

The cross-boundary cooperation between different enterprises becomes a normality behavior in the economic activities, and enterprise network organizations will also become the principle part of the market competition. China Asset Management Company is the provisional financial organization in the special history condition which is facing two challenges of the shift and development. Based on the viewpoint that AMC should continue to exit and change to the commercialized way, the paper discusses whether network organizations can be regarded as the developing way of AMC after its shift. The paper expatiates the ideology origin and the relative concepts of the network organizations, discusses the process to build the network from the enterprises' point of view, and analyses the capacity and the problems faced on its development. Based on building the cooperate network and by the relative analysis methods of economics and management, the paper analyzes the possibility and validity of the way to achieve the commercial development target of AMC .
