"Discourse system" as a research theme appeared in 2012,Comrade Li Changchun proposed to use China's theoretical research and discourse system to interpret the Chinese practice and the Chinese road.In the five years of exploration and research,from the perspective of theory,reading from the angle of practice,Reflections on the Discourse System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and its construction constantly enrich.The construction of its system as an important part of the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great practical significance for the international and domestic "good Chinese story and the dissemination of Chinese voice".The concept of "discourse system" is derived from linguistics,the external expression of the ideological and theoretical system of the concept of discourse,which carries a specific way of thinking,ideology,culture and values,which is standardized,organized and systematically the set of discourse.The socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics is a collection of discourse and category of Chinese version,which carries the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This article expounds the related concepts,the conditions,the logical framework and the foreseeable key and difficult problems in the construction of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of history and reality.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into five parts:The first part is to start from the basic concepts of discourse system and discourse right,try to define the related concepts of socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics,and provide the basic theory to support the key points of construction.The second part is from the perspective of history and reality,expounded the social conditions of socialism discourse system with the historical conditions of the changes in the background of the times and the theme of the times;real conditions are the existence of domestic and international problems;Practice Conditions are theChoice of China 's Road and the Development of China' s Comprehensive National Power.The third part constructs the logical framework of the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics from four aspects: foundation,content,core and purpose.The development of socialist social economy and the practice of China's reform and construction constitute the logical foundation,China's excellent traditional culture,Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the foreign advanced civilization and thought which together constitute its logic Content;the socialist core values and the core value system constitute its logical core;the promotion and guidance of the Chinese value concept,the narration and dissemination of the Chinese story is its logical purpose.The fourth part puts forward the difficult and key problems in the construction process of the socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics.Discourse system of internal contradictions and ideological game;the problem of its popularization;its nationality and openness;discourse system's external communication and Debate.The fifth part is about the problems in the process of construction,focusing on the construction of socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics of the methods and innovative ways,specifically divided into four points: Firstly,to strengthen the ideological propaganda and education and to solve the internal contradictions,Secondly,respecting the spirit of the masses and expanding the free space of the discourse under the legal framework;thirdly,critically inheriting the traditional culture of China and drawing on the advanced culture of the West;fourthly,the "going out" strategy of the socialism discourse system with Chinese characteristics.In exploring the process of constructing the discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,gradually formed a logic chain of theory with practice closely,presents the reform and development of a series of concept and value in our country,enhance Chinese discourse authority,improve the international influence.
