Study On The Discourse Power Of Socialist Core Values And Its Enhancement

Since China~/s reform and opening up,social strata in China become diversified,and the interest structure has been profoundly adjusted.With the profound transformation of society and Western values penetrating quietly,China~/s values and social thoughts are increasingly plural,diverse and changeable,and the spread of the socialist core values are facing multiple impacts,which has led to a lot of confusions in the ideology and culture field.On the key stage of Actively integrating globalization to help China realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,it has important theoretical and realistic significance to enhance the discourse power of socialist core values,which is to change the weak situation of discourse and the lack of discourse,and strive to achieve the breakthrough and the counterattack of discourse.On the basis of combing the core concepts systematically,this thesis points out that the discourse power of socialist core values is the ability that in the face of pluralistic social values and diverse social trends of thoughts,The proletarian party and its people under the leadership of the party being as the discourse mains grasp the dominance of ideological work,take the discourse as the carrier and means of construction,and influence others by means of the core values of socialism.The essence of enhancement of the discourse structure elements mainly consists of the credibility of the discourse subject,the leadership of the discourse content,the propagation force of the discourse carrier,the innovation of the mode of discourse and the optimization degree of the discourse environment etc.The goal to enhance the discourse power of socialist core values is to achieve people~/s recognition of the core values of socialism.There are abundant ideological and theoretical resources in the classical theory of Marxism,the excellent traditional culture of our country and the beneficial achievements of western civilization.The classic Marxist writers such as Marx and Engels,Lenin and the Chinese Communists provide the main theoretical sources of the discourse power of socialist core values.The related thoughts in the excellent traditional culture of Confucianism are the source of the living water of the discourse power of socialist core values.The western Marxists such as Gramsci~/s theory of“cultural leadership”and Bourdieu~/s theory of“symbolic power”,provide a useful reference for enhancing the discourse power of socialist core values.It has important realistic significance and profound realistic basis of enhancing the discourse power of socialist core values.The main significance of enhancing the discourse power of socialist core values lies in breaking through the dilemma the cultural self-confidence in new era provides the subjective basis.We have made a positive progress in the work of enhancing of the discourse power of socialist core values since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The credibility of the discourse subjects such as the Communist Party?the government and the media has been improved;the discourse leadership has been improved by means of the ideological and theoretical innovation;the propagation force of the discourse has been improved with the media management and media integration;the affinity of discourse has been improved with proper discourse conversion;and the development achievements and changes in the new era have improved the discourse environment.However,there are still many current difficulties which restrict and constrain the discourse power of socialist core values.These current difficulties manifests in the existence of“discourse deficit”in the discourse of core values in China;weak influence of the discourse of the social science of the Chinese philosophy;the different and changeable acceptance effect of the discourse audiences,still weakness in the path of discourse dissemination of socialist core values in China,and weak broadcasting capabilities,etc.The root of the problems lies in the lack of quality and ability of the discourse subject,the conflicts and contradictions in different discourse systems,the broken development progress of the unification of knowledge,feeling,consciousness and activity,the development of society causing new problems of discourse communication of the socialist core values and the imperfect systems and mechanisms for satisfying a better life,etc.We should adhere to the basic principles to enhance the discourse power of socialist core values.It is necessary to adhere to the guidance of dialectical and historical materialism,to achieve the unity of persisting in the leadership of ideological work and consolidating the discourse foundation,to insist on the unity of two aspects theory and key aspect theory of improving the structural elements of discourse power of socialist core values,and adhere to the unity of the subjects~/awareness of their discourses and remaining open and inclusive.This thesis puts forward some strategic recommendations to enhance the discourse power of socialist core values.In order to
