Fairness included by the pursuing of Core values of Marxism are the basic value orientation in Modern Society.As one of the most important contents of social fairness and justice,citizens all attach importance to the educational fairness.It not only refers to thousands upon thousands of families’ benefits,but also concerns national rejuvenation and people’s well-being,under the guidance of Marxism theory of social fairness and justice.Based on Chinese national conditions and the needs of The Times,Chinese Communist Party continuously explore the equitable development path of education with Chinese characteristics,which has already achieve world-renowned achievements.And by concluding the experience,Chinese Communist Party also enriched the Marxism theory of social fairness and justice.Recalling the practice of Chinese communists in exploring the equitable development path of education since the establishment of People’s Republic of China,we can discover that every time we correctly understand Marxism,especially the Marxism theory of social fairness and justice,the practice of educational fairness will be Steady and healthy.On the contrary,every time there is a miscomprehension about the Marxism,the practice of educational fairness will be tough and unhealthy.So it is obvious that the equitable development path of education cannot work without the scientific understanding of Marxism.The history of Marxism understandings is the cornerstone of the history of educational fairness.So this paper will conclude the experiences and lessons from the practice of educational fairness,which guided by the theory of Marxism,from the perspective of the history of Marxism understandings,and enriched the Marxism theory of social fairness and justice from the exploring of equitable development path of education with Chinese characteristics.The whole paper is mainly divided into four parts.In the first part,we will illustrate the history of educational fairness from the establishment of People’s Republic of China to The Cultural Revolution.The core of this part is the understanding of Chinese communists and the path of exploring and practicing.In the great practice of national liberation and national rejuvenation,The Chinese communists find,accept,apply and develop Marxism including the concept of Marxism fairness.The founding purpose of the CPC is to serve the people with whole heart,which is also the basic concept of governing.Because of the pursue of fairness and justice,Chinese Communist Party can overcome the difficulties emerged in Revolution and construction,and lead the People Republic of China gained admirable achievements,the practice of Marxism fairness including the people’s democratic dictatorship,the system of people’s congress,socialist public ownership,Distribution according to work,The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation and the system of regional national autonomy,which also guaranteed the social fairness and justice.Under the guidance of the understandings and practice of educational fairness,it fundamentally solves the problem of the fairness of Chinese citizens’ education rights,which has made a good start for the development of educational fairness in People Republic of China.And it also starts the practice of educational fairness and lays the foundation for the system of educational fairness.But because of the limitation of economy and social development,the problems of opportunity fairness still exist,especially in some depressed regions.In the second part,this paper will illustrate the history of educational fairness from The Cultural Revolution to the eve of the resumption of university entrance examination.The core point of this part is the negative effects on educational fairness by the miscomprehension about the Marxism.Because of the miscomprehension,especially the theory of the continuous of revolution under the dictatorship of the proletariat which leads to enlargement of class struggle.In society,citizens are divided into unequal "class" groups,and the chance of receiving education is no longer equal as before.With the slogan of the revolution in education,university closed which effect a whole generation.All in all,the educational fairness suffered a lot.But we need to confirm that during that time,because of the relative development,the levels of education and the resource of education improved greatly.Hence the problem of educational fairness improved.In the third part,we will illustrate the history of educational fairness from 1977 till now.The core of this part surrounded the theory and practice of educational fairness under the guidance of socialist market economy and market economy system.Socialist market economy system directly affects the Chinese communists’ concept of efficiency and fairness.This chapter illustrated the new development of the understanding and practice of Marxism fairness and educational fairness,including the following internal logic.From the Collective Prosperity to the representative the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people and the concept of People Oriented to the concept of Inclusive Growth and Sharing.It represents a new era for the Chinese Communist Party’s understanding of Marxism Social Justice Thoughts.Under the guidance of these thoughts,the practice of Chinese educational fairness makes great achievements.At the same time,because of the imperfection of the system,there are still some problem about the right unfairness and opportunities inequality.And it also discussed the reason that result in the problem of educational fairness.In the final part,based on the former illustration,the paper will conclude the basic experiences of educational fairness.Firstly,treat Marxism fairness as the theoretical basis of educational fairness development.Secondly,take Five Development Concept as the concept base of the development of educational fairness.Thirdly,endeavor comprehensively deepen reform,shorten the process of the society-transitional era of China,lessen the lack of system and regime,lower the occurrence rate of educational inequity,and shorten the high-incidence season of educational inequity.Finally,enrich the theory of Marxism educational fairness with Chinese characteristics.
