On the basis of summing up the historic achievements of socialist modernization construction and drawing lessons from the reform and development of other countries,the Central Committee of CPC with past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in development,but various contradictions and problems that need to be solved are becoming increasingly prominent.The gap between urban and rural regional development and income distribution has widened.Some people's "sense of gain" is based on the "sense of loss" or "sense of deprivation" of others.The development of social undertakings lags behind,various social contradictions grow latently and social instability factors increase rapidly.The traditional extensive and high-cost way of development left behind a large number of historical debts and the level of social civilization needs to be further improved.Facing all kinds of problems and challenges,promoting sharing development and safeguarding social fairness and justice have become not only the orientation of ethical values,but also the realistic demands of certain political,economic and cultural social forms.In this context,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research on the concept of sharing development and related issues.This paper takes sharing development as the research theme,comprehensively perfect enough and there are still some defects in some places,which brings some obstacles to the realization of sharing development in terms of system and mechanism.Fourthly,due to the influence of fixed thinking in the past wealth distribution relationship,there are still some misunderstandings and deviations in people's understanding of sharing development.How to develop better is a common
