Research On Online Discourse Expression From The Perspective Of Political Stability

In the period of rapid social transformation,real social contradictions are released,and network events that reflect social contradictions are frequent and sudden.In particular,the increasing popularity of the Internet has created a virtual network space outside the real space,and network technology has endowed Internet users with a free and equal space for online discourse.Therefore,network events have attracted increasing attention and discussion.The content of discourse expression in cyberspace not only presents many practical problems,but also has an important impact on social and political stability.In the context of the rapid expansion of network use and the scale of Internet users,the network discourse expression of network behavior must arouse more attention of researchers.Political stability is intrinsically related to the expression of network discourse,which is the logical premise of studying the expression of network discourse.In China’s policy discourse system,political stability is the overall stability of political security and society.Specifically,political stability includes political participation,government legitimacy,political psychology and national ideological security.As a way of netizens’ political participation,online discourse expression is an important factor affecting political stability.The expression of network discourse,as a way to release emotions and express interest demands,is a supplement to the political stability mechanism.The power of network discourse generated by the expression of network discourse challenges the power of government discourse and becomes an important factor affecting the legitimacy of the government.The expansion of discourse power in online discourse expression leads to the imbalance of online discourse power and affects the security of national mainstream ideology.To study the expression of network discourse from the perspective of political stability,the primary task is to have a basic grasp of the expression of network discourse,that is,to investigate the main body composition,content and characteristics of the expression of network discourse.Through the investigation of three typical public events,such as "doing a good deed for zhao yu case","changchun changsheng vaccine case" and "100 billion mining rights case",the expression of online discourse in general sense is composed of netizens,government and media.The network discourse expression referred to in this study is the network discourse expression of netizens,so its discourse subject is mainly composed of ordinary netizens and opinion leaders.Online discourse mainly focuses on judicial,law enforcement,food and drug,consumer rights protection,education rights,environmental rights,and official corruption.The expression of network discourse is characterized by political reality,public interest orientation and irrationality.To explore the causes of network discourse expression,there are mainly five aspects: firstly,social contradictions in the transitional period are the content sources of online discourse.The focal point of social contradiction in the transitional period is the main content of network discourse and the stimulus of network discourse.Secondly,the subject appeal is the source power of the expression of network discourse.The main appeals of online discourse,such as psychological appeals for emotional catharsis and dissolving,interest expression appeals and social and political participation appeals,are the internal motivation of online discourse expression.Thirdly,the obstruction of traditional discourse channels promotes the expression of network discourse.Finally,network empowerment promotes the expression of network discourse.The power of the Internet to give the public the right to speak provides power for the expression of the discourse,the Internet provides convenience for the expression of the discourse,the interactivity of the network stimulates the desire of the expression of the discourse,and the anonymity of the network stimulates the enthusiasm of the expression of the discourse.In addition,network empowerment also has certain limits.Network "decentralized" characteristics of deconstruction in the realistic society social hierarchy,social power,but main channel for the government to understand people’s needs.Thirdly,the civic consciousness reflected in online discourse is the psychological level of maintaining political stability.Fourthly,online discourse has changed the agenda of topics and promoted the improvement of social and political systems.In terms of negative effects,firstly,the expression of online discourse tends to lead to non-institutionalized participation and threaten political stability.For example,online discourse generates extensive social mobilization,and the expression of online discourse shows the effect of group polarization,which easily leads to mass incidents,and the expression of online discourse breeds and encourages rumors.Secondly,online discourse challenges government discourse and reduces political legitimacy.Online discourse will aggravate the crisis of insufficient credibility of government discourse,challenge the leadership and coordination ability of government discourse,challenge the management ability of government discourse,and lead to the dilemma of government discourse integration.Thirdly,the expression of network discourse breeds unstable political psychology.Fourthly,online discourse expression threatens national ideological security.In order to maintain political stability and prevent and defuse the risks of online discourse that threaten political stability,the first step is to enhance the power of discourse of the party and the government.This requires the party and government to take the initiative to voice their views on new media platforms and seize the public opinion position.It is necessary to improve the basic quality of government officials,to increase the intensity and transparency of information disclosure,and to strengthen the government’s ability to govern online.Next,dissolve real society contradiction,aggrandize government function,reduce collective memory inventory.Therefore,it is necessary to eliminate the relative deprivation psychology of Chinese people to reduce the collective memory inventory,and control the occurrence of online public opinion events to reduce the increase of the collective memory inventory.Finally,strengthen the governance of cyberspace and create a good network discourse environment.Through the establishment and improvement of cyberspace legislation,the improvement of the network subject’s literacy and network technology innovation,the three legal,self-discipline and technical constraints,to promote the development of network discourse to a positive and healthy direction.
