| The CPC is the core of leadership for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Ensuring Party self-governance is exercised fully and strictly is related to the development of the country and the well-being of the people.Facing the problem of how to strengthen the Party’s construction,several factors must be considered: the Party’s ruling environment,the various factors affecting the Party’s advanced nature and purity,all kinds of problems of the Party.At the same time,several problems must be deeply understood: all kinds of tests that the Party faced have the characteristics of long-term and complexity,the dangers facing are sharp and seriousness.Since the 18 th CPC national congress,China has entered a new stage of socialist development with Chinese characteristics.Based on the new historical height and the profound understanding of the ruling situation and construction law of the CPC,Xi Jinping comprehensively analyzed the new situation and new tasks facing the Party’s construction,led the great struggle to comprehensively and strictly govern the Party,and delivered a series of relevant important speeches,ideas and measures,constantly carrying out theoretical exploration and practical innovation,and gradually formed a very scientific,systemic and feasible ideological system.The research of the topic is of great importance and multi-disciplinary,the dissertation will under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and the integrated use of political science,Party historiography,historiography,sociology and other subjects of research methods.Around the core problem of Xi’s theory and practice of strengthen Party self-governance,the research analyzes and demonstrates from six aspects.The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:The first chapter,as an opening one,analyzes the emergence of Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governance in detail.The complex and severe world situation,national conditions and Party situation constitute the historical background of the emergence of Xi’s theory,which is Xi’s response to the "question of The Times".In addition,Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governance also has rich historical accumulation and practical basis.It is the result of the joint action of many parties that prompted the emergence of it.The second chapter mainly elaborates the scientific connotation and overall thinking of Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governance.The scientific connotation of Xi’s theory lies in strengthening the leadership of the Party,which is based on "integrity","strictness" and "governance".In addition,as a scientific system,Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governance is composed of the principle,policy,task and goal,etc.It is under the guidance of the general idea that Xi’s theory can be carried out orderly and practically.The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and innovation of Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governance.The proposal of Xi’s theory has a solid philosophical foundation,scientific thinking method and distinct problem orientation,which fully reflects the remarkable characteristics of his Marxist party building theory.Compared by generations of leaders of the CPC for interpretation of "governing Party" theory,Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governance has a new interpretation for status,new requirements for target tasks and methods with a new idea for exploration,a new build for the theoretical system.All this above form the innovation of Xi’s theory.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the realization path of Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governanc.The implementation of the need to obtain from the following seven aspects: With political building as the guidance,theory strengthened as the foundation,strict governance of the officials as the core,organizations consolidated as the support,conduct improved as the starting point,discipline enforced as the guarantee,and at the same time to seize the anti-corruption as the key link.Seven aspects work together and make concerted efforts to implement Xi’s theory of strengthen Party self-governanc.The last chapter systematically summarizes that Xi’s theory and practice of strengthen Party self-governanc are of contemporary value and practical significance.It not only enriches and develops the Party building theory of the Marxist governing party,but also provides direction guidance for advancing the great project of the Party building,takes scientific guidance for enhancing the people’s centripetal force and political identity and provides political guarantees for the building of a great modern socialist country.Therefore,the Party and the people can closely unite as one and work together to realize Chinese national rejuvenation. |
