Study On The Construction Of The Ideological Discourse Ability Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era

Nowadys,the world is in an era of change.Competition between countries focuses more on the the competition of cultural soft power.Ideology is the soul and core of culture.The construction of ideological discourse power is an extremely important part of promoting the comprehensive national strength and soft power of the country.It not only relates to the discourse status and influence of a country in the international community,but also to the cohesiveness within a society and the stability of a party's ruling foundation.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that "the massification of Marxism in China must be promoted","the socialist ideology with strong cohesiveness and leading power must be built","the dominance and discourse power in the ideological field should be continuously enhanced",and "leadership of ideological work shold be firmly grasp" at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Ideological discourse ability is a kind of ability to establish a discourse system that is compatible with the ideas represented by its ideology.This ability can also explain the ideology in depth and disseminate it widely.Strengthening the construction of ideological discourse ability is the precondition to enhance the dominance position of ideological discourse and realize ideological leadership and discourse power.Faced with the new trend of world political and economic development in the new era,if China wants to complete the leap from "getting rich" to "getting strong",it must realize the "strongthening" ability of ideological discourse.Therefore,how to improve the ideology discourse ability of the Communist Party of China in the new era has become an important practical and theoretical issue that needs to be seriously studied.Guided by Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and against the background of the development of globalization and the deepening of reform and opening-up,this paper comprehensively applies Marxist philosophy,Ideological and Political Education,Culture,Communication and Pedagogy theories and methods,focusing on the new problems presented by the ideological discourse ability of the Communist Party of China in the new era.Based on the study of the practice of ideological discourse capacity building in China,the Soviet Union and the United States,this paper puts forward the strategy of the Party's ideological discourse ability construction in the new era.In the new era,the construction of the ideological discourse ability of the Communist Party of China should aim at making the party's ideological discourse more "explanatory","infectious" and "communicative".It should adhere to the principles of unifying dominance with diversity,combining criticism with inclusiveness,combining nationality with cosmopolitance.Through innovating discourse content,enriching discourse carrier and optimizing discourse subject,we can promote the construction of the Party's ideological discourse ability,and promote the Party's ideological discourse to be more explanatory,infectious and communicative.
