Research On The Socialist Party Consultation With Chinese Characteristics

Democracy is the common value goal that human society is diligently pursuing.In the process of advancing,human civilization takes political civilization as its core element.Since ancient Greece,human society has been devoted to a precise interpretation of the meaning of democracy from multiple perspectives.However,the essence of democracy has never changed without its origin,that is,"the regime of the people,the rule of the majority".In different historical stages,the forms of democracy are different.In the long social and political practice,electoral democracy has rapidly integrated into the modern country with huge scale and complicated affairs since it came to the stage of Western democracy.In the actual operation process,electoral democracy gradually exposed its natural disadvantages,focusing on democratic access steps but neglecting the democratic decision-making process,the cyclical change of governance strategy consumed high social operation costs,and the rolling election campaign magnified the domestic ethnic,social and cultural problems.Consultative democracy is revived on the basis of criticizing the disadvantages of electoral democracy,and party consultation become to a more prominent position for convergence effect.The democratic political theory created by Marx and Engels has sublated all the achievements of political civilization in human society and absorbed the practical experience of proletarian revolution.The united front thought and the theory of multi-party cooperation are the important contents.Lenin put it into practice in the process of leading the Russian Democratic Revolution and socialist construction,and set a precedent for Party consultation in socialist countries.Four countries in Eastern Europe have also made active explorations in Party consultation.However,due to the uniqueness of the proletarian party's cognitive perspective and the failure to deal with the relationship with other parties,the party consultation in the former Soviet Union and East China ended in failure.The rooting,survival and growth of Party consultation in China are closely related to China's historical tasks,the reality of revolution and the realistic requirements of construction and development.It is a major historical choice made by the Communist Party of China in response to the voice of the Chinese people.This paper first briefly analyzes the rise of democratic politics and the development of party consultation,summarizes the history of the international communist movement of party consultation and its experience and lessons,reviewed the historical development process of party consultation in China.Subsequently,this paper focuses on the theory,culture,system and practice of the socialist party consultation with Chinese characteristics in-depth discussion,showing the vitality of its theory and the originality of its practice.The socialist party consultation with Chinese characteristics has made historic achievements,and its distinctive features,unique advantages and value of the times are worth fully presenting,helping the country to grasp the initiative in the international democratic discourse competition.Facing the changes of political ecological environment at home and abroad,the socialist party consultation with Chinese characteristics has both positive and favorable opportunities for development and unavoidable difficulties and challenges.The development of socialist party consultation with Chinese characteristics in the new era responds to the essence of modern democracy embodied in the "Chinese Dream".Compared with the "chaos" of Western political struggles,the "governance" of China's new party system is of great significance.The mutually beneficial and interactive consultative and cooperative relationship between the ruling party and the participating parties provides China's plan for the enrichment and expansion of World Party politics.
