Study On Ideological And Political Work Resources In State-owned Enterprises

This article obtains from the realistic situation of ideological and political work in the state-owned enterprises,which is committed to solve how to serve the management and how to complete ourselves.This paper takes ideological and political work "being resources" and "of resources" as the research objects,sets up a new definition for ideological and political work resources,and has a new discussion about the great opportunities of ideological and political work resources' construction.Meanwhile,this paper reveals the value and meaning of ideological and political work resources research.The "One of the state-owned enterprise" hypothesis and "aggregate-links" hypothesis are innovative,and the research on ideological and political work resources is quite different from the former studies.The "fusion-comprehension" of the ideological and political work resources construction is the research result based on the unity of logic and reality.Through the consideration of ideological and political work's setting up concepts of propaganda,enhancing the consciousness of the great resources,relying on the management structure,building big political work pattern,exploring the path of education,this paper analyses the three dimensions of ideological and political work's resources,namely the "as resources","of resources" and "mutual resources".This paper studies the ideological and political work's new value for the enterprise management,enterprise culture,culture management i.e.,the carrier of enterprise management,enterprise culture value,the comprehensive value of cultural management,and identifies the fusion-comprehension as the common value of "being resources" and "of resources",and sums up its overall value as belief and faith value,production and output value,which refers to the spiritual production and consumption value.By revealing "communicative rationality" and his theory of ideological and cultural exchanges,diameter on own initiative,it demonstrates the mutual influence,coexistence and co-prosperity of "being resources" and "of resources".This paper confirms the ideological and cultural exchanges as the main line of ideological and political work resources construction,identifies the ideological and political work resources construction as the "double main bodies" interactive practice process.Therefore in the specific times and conditions,state-owned enterprises mainly promote double subjectsto constantly generate the correct ideology,thinking modes and spiritual motivation in the production and operation management activities and interactions.On this basis,this paper puts forward the new orientation of ideological and political work resources construction,namely fusion-comprehension,aiming to make new strength for the ideological and political work;Under the circumstances,from "keeping development" to " restructuring " and "transformation of the mode",we need to adjust resources structure and take enterprise management phenomenon and management activities as work object;On the internal logic of the dimensions,namely,they have integrated resources,shared vision,common wills as well as common state historical logic,theoretic logic,practical logic and stick to the state-owned enterprises' reform,construction and development;the dimension of concept innovation,namely the trend of fusion-comprehension.This paper reckons that promoting ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises may be painful but a significant strategic transformation.Therefore,it demonstrates the unity of "being resources" and "of resources",and advocates "complete subject" in an all-round way.Complete subject,first refers to the state-owned enterprises are the main body of resources of ideological and political work,is also a main body of the object spatial sense and the subject spatial sense;second,it refers to the "of resources" as the object in the practice of the ideological and political transformation of subjectivity;third,it refers that the main bodies in the two senses have the autonomy,motility and creativity.The purpose of this study is to awaken the awareness of ideological and political work resources in the state-owned enterprise,establish the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises resources thinking,and form concepts of ideological and political work in resources exploration,resources development,resources organization,full use of resources,mobilization of resources and resources management,configuration,optimization and resources.It also could concern the state-owned enterprises to strengthen the significance of the ideological and political work and the value of resources and grasp the new trend of ideological and political work on the basis of the resources reconstruction.
