Lifestyle experienced three mainstream research ideas,and from"mode" to "style." Although the sport lifestyle study is deepening,but it split with the lifestyle mainstream research.This raises new understanding of the nature of the sport lifestyle requirements in theory.From understanding the nature of the sport lifestyle proceed to further expand the study of sport lifestyle evaluation tools.Middle school students are good for the study because of their characteristics of physical education curriculum,hobbies,physical and mental development.Middle School Sport Lifestyle Scale(MSSLS)including sport learning style,sport communication style,sport leisure style,sport consumption style four subscales.Based on the confirmatory analysis,a preliminary grasp of high school students' sport lifestyles have been gotten.At the same time,some relation variables have been predicted.In the paper,applying literature review,systematic scale program,statistics methods carried out three studies:Study 1:sport lifestyle nature awarenessStudy 2:develop Middle School Sport Lifestyle ScaleStudy 3:apply the Middle School Sport Lifestyle Scale and the subscales independentlyIt comes to the conclusions that:(1)Middle School Sport Lifestyle Scale contains four subscales:learning style scale,leisure style scale,association style scale,consumption style scale.Each subscale has good reliability and validity,can be used as a tool for high school students in the academic lifestyle,and can be used independently;(2)Middle school students have three mainly types sport lifestyles:positive rational type(25.94%),emotional experience type(35.21%),negative aimless type(38.85%),the quality of sport life for middle school students to be improved;(3)Three types of sport lifestyle of middle school students have differences in sex,sport talented,mother' occupation;(4)Middle school student' different learn styles can predict sport task orientation and self-orientation effectively.Enthusiastic relax sport leisure style can predict happiness subjective experience positively and predict subjective experience of psychological troubles negatively.Aimless leisure style can predict subjective experience of worry and fatigue positively and predict psychological well-being negatively.Aim is an important variable in the subjective experience of sport;(5)Doting indulgence and anxiety complaint family financial education should be avoided,and the quality of family financial guiding educations and control interventions should be improved,the healthy rational style of sport consumption may be possible durable;(6)Sport lifestyle means under the certain social conditions and guiding values constraints,individuals,groups,in order to meet their own survival,development and enjoyment needs and manifest the sum of sport habitus and life style characteristics in the sport field.
