This paper make the young teachers in university for logical starting point,and main thread for young teachers ideology and political education,centering on development of young teachers,ideology and political education,the practice thinking of young teachers ideology and political education since reform and opening-up policy.Footing on thought and working and life,basic on investigation of Hubei province,and get the first data.The material analysis adhere to induction from down to up,extract some related question.Make extra-perspective research for thoughts situation and ideology and political education,working situation and ideology and political education,life situation and ideology and political education.To present the young teachers'situation in each latitude,and make deep reason analysis from college and society and themselves,adhere to“three close" principles,put up related suggestions for each situation.Reveal ideology and political education only do it with related thoughts and work and life,then will be realize the main task effectively,and promote the young teachers development liberty and comprehensive.The present study consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is introduction.In this chapter,a detailed literature review has been carried out on development of young university development and the ideology and political education of young university.Besides,the present study discusses the theoretical and practical significance of under development field of vision of young university teachers.What' s more,strategies and basic approaches of under development field of vision of young university teachers have been introduced thoroughly.The second chapter touches upon the relastic theories under development field of vision of young university teachers.In accordance with the logic circuit from young university teachers to the development of young university teachers to the ideology and political education,this chapter elaborates on the concept,type and feature of young university teachers and explains thoroughly the concept,content,feature purpose of the development of young university teachers.It has also been discussed the concept,content,feature of the ideology and political education deeply,which lays on basic theory for after research.In the present paper,young university teachers is defied as who do teaching and researching work in university full time with teacher" s certificate within 40 years(include 40).The development of young university teaches include the improvement of academic level and professional skills and teaching ethics.But due to space limitations,it mainly focus on the thoughts,work and life.The acticity of ideology and political education is face to young university teachers.It use some ways of ideology and political education to make young university teachers practice activities which accord with specially requirement development of society,times and itself.The third charpter discuss the theoretical basis of under development field of vision of young university teachers.This chapter not only systematically interprets theories on Maxisim classic writers about under development field of vision of young university teachers but also discusses theories on the ideology and political education of young university teachers from ancient China and western countries with example education theory of Maxisim,having enhanced the theoretical foundation of under development field of vision of young university teachers.The fourth chapter introduces the development process and fundamental experience of under development field of vision of young university teachers since reform and opening up.This chapter not only retrospects the development process but also points out the related problems on the basis of summing up experiences.These problems are lack of contemporary education goals,lack of specific education content,lack of flexibility education method,lack of continuity education mechanism,lack of initiative education team,and lack of scientific education evaluation.The fifth chapter explores the thoughts development situation of young university teachers and ideology and political education.This chapter elaborates the current situation of the development of young university teachers form three aspects respectively,which are ideal,politics and ethics.It makes deep analysis of society,university and personal.In society,Reform and opening-up and the development of market economy is the economic foundation of young university teachers' subject consciousness increasingly awakening,Economic globalization brings the cultural diversity of young university teachers is thought impact an external environment,Internet penetration to provide technical positions for western values.In university,living conditions and ideological dynamic of young university teachers lack of intensive study,the ideological and political education system construction and planning measures of young university teachers to be perfect,The cultivation and develop excellent member to join the party are inadequate,The content of the young teachers of ideological and political education lack of pertinence,effectiveness and appeal.In personal factors,Young people to the characteristics of young teachers thought condition appear all sorts of problems,Young teachers have multiple personality makes them easily in thinking,as the college grassroots groups,they are in a state of overload for a long time.So for these reasons,we should adhere to the principle of close to the young university teachers' s thought development,to strengthen their worldview education,political education,life education,moral education,legal education,therefore improve the level of their ideological and political education,promote the development of own thoughts.The sixth chapter discusses working development situation and ideology and political situation.This chapter respectively from teaching,scientific research,service society three dimensions described current situation of the development of young university teachers' work,from the aspects of society,school,personal reason analysis respectively,the countermeasures to the principle of ideological and political education to be close to work,put forward to combine teaching,scientific research,administration,serve the society situation to carry on the ideological and political education.The seventh chapter explores the life development situation and ideology and political education.This chapter through the quality of life,salary,marriage,emotional,physical and mental health of the four dimensions of young university teachers and discusses current situation of the development of life,and make further research for some reasons.Besides,it put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve ideology and political education of young university teachers.
