With the rapid development of economic and society, the university young teacher, facing the unprecedented opportunity and the challenge, is how to speak and behavior in their academic life in order to be living and develop their career, and how to understand their academic life. In order to answer the above question, the paper selected three university young teachers in Shanghai as the sample. After having select the information by eight times investigation and interview for six mouths, the author obtained a lot of first-hand information, then ,by the law of qualitative research, wholly and deeply narrate what had the three university young teachers said and behave and understanding in academic life , at last, analysis and reconsidering to the university young teacher's academic life and the whole research procedure. The paper include three parts: the researcher's story, the by-researcher's story and the reconsidering story. The paper finally formed four "Grounded theory": First, holding a good "guan xi" is the key of the university top-quality academic life; Second, taking charge of the student is the basic demand of the university academic life; Third, to be living is the ultimate goal of the university academic life.
