Many countries have been paying attention on teacher-professionalization and therefore put forward some policies and rules to promote its process since last 80s. Great changes have taken place in the nature, goals, logical method and enforcing ways of political ideology in primary school during the course of the 8th basic teaching reform and teachers' professional ability and accomplishment are meeting a great challenge. As the result of some matters such as social system, cultural economy, ideology and theoretical construction, teacher-profession development, especially political ideology course in primary school is still ignorant.Based on samples, document research, questionnaires, typical cases, profound interviews and other material from Zhenjiang, this article states the real picture of primary-teacher-profession development in political ideology six years after the new course reform. And meanwhile, it also analyses the relative problems and their causes. When I have carried out hard research, I hope I can offer some tentative ideas and countermeasures to assist the teachers to develop their professional concepts, and cultivate their professional qualities and skills, furthermore, to create and build up nice professional conditions and useful systems. I also hope to offer some research angle of view and basis for practice to settle the above problems and promote primary-teacher-profession development in political ideology and deeper reform and eventually to build up theoretical basis for teacher-profession development. |
