Reasearch On Knowledge Innovation Model Of China's Institutions Of Higher Education From The Perspective Of Social Function

Knowledge Innovation is the Soul of Knowledge Economy.The development methodsof human society is changing with the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology.Knowledge innovation is an important driving force to promote economic development and promote social progress.As an important center of knowledge,colleges and universities are one of the important subjects of knowledge innovation.In the era of knowledge economy,institutions of higher education have irreplaceable status and function in the production,communication and use of knowledge and information.Therefore,we should fully study the status and function of colleges and universities in knowledge innovation,and actively explore the ways and methods of knowledge innovation in colleges and universities to adapt to the new requirements of the era of knowledge economy and help them to play a better role of knowledge innovation.This paper,analyzing the content and characteristics of social function of colleges and universities,divided them into personnel training,knowledge production and compound social service.According to the different functional types,this paper analyzes the knowledge transformation mechanism in the knowledge flow of knowledge innovation subject,and construct the knowledge innovation model.The details of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is about the core concepts and theoretical basis of this study.Firstly,this chapter explains the concept of institutions of higher education,innovation,and knowledge innovation.And the concept of model and mechanism are also discussed.Then it introduces the theoretical basis of this paper,including knowledge flow theory,knowledge transformation theory and university function theory.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study.This chapter explores the basic problems of university knowledge innovation from the perspective of social function,including the connotation and characteristics of knowledge resources of institution of higher education,university knowledge activities and university knowledge innovation.In this chapter,the relationship between knowledge innovation and social function in colleges and universities are deeply analyzed,the essence of social function in colleges and universities is knowledge innovation is pointed out,and the value system of university knowledge innovation from the perspective of social function are also explored.The third chapter is about the construction of the knowledge innovation model in talent development.It is pointed out that the flow of knowledge in the activities of personnel training in colleges and universities can appearboth in the group and between groups,the direction of flow can be one-way or two-way.In different occasions,The flow pattern is different.There are four ways of knowledge innovation in talent training activities:self-learning,teacher-student communication,teacher group interaction and students-others group interaction.Through the socialization,externalization,integration and internalization of knowledge,knowledge innovation can be achieved.According to the different innovation mechanism,the innovation model can be divided into three types:the within group knowledge innovation model,the inter-group knowledge innovation model and personal knowledge innovation model.These three levels of knowledge innovation model not only have their own independent knowledge spiral reaction,but also can promote each other to constitute a spiral reaction with other levels' help.The knowledge innovation model in the personnel training activities are strong purpose,level and semi-openness.The fourth chapter is about the construction the knowledge innovation model in knowledge production activities.University knowledge production activities refers to the university scientific research activities.The subject of knowledge innovation can be divided into individual,team,organization,national and international level.According to the different levels of research,the way of knowledge flow between subjects can be divided into individual knowledge flow,organizational knowledge flow and institutional knowledge flow.There are many ways to carry out knowledge innovation through scientific research.Different modes of scientific research and scientific exchange mode represent different knowledge innovation paths.Through knowledge socialization,knowledge integration,knowledge integration and knowledge internalization,knowledge innovation is achieved.According to the different levels of the subject,it can be divided into individual knowledge innovation model and organizational knowledge innovation model.They have similarities and differences,which together constitute the basic unit of knowledge innovation activities in university knowledge production,and there are few interdisciplinary links.The pattern has the characteristics of diversity and multi-knowledge spiral.The fifth chapter is to construct the knowledge innovation model in the compound social service of colleges and universities.The compound social service in colleges and universities is the advanced stage of the social function of colleges and universities.In this innovation process,the function of colleges and universities is mainly to assist enterprises to innovate,and can also innovate directly through school-run enterprises.The flow of knowledge is from the outermost government,financial institutions and other environments,flows to universities and research institutes,and ultimately to the enterprise.There are many modes to realize the compound social service in colleges and universities.There are three main types:university science and technology park,government association and school-run enterprise.The knowledge innovation mechanism of compound social service in colleges and universities is very similar to the mechanism of enterprise knowledge transformation.It is essentially a collection of knowledge processing units that are composed of many knowledge processing units which engaged in specialized knowledge absorption,knowledge production,knowledge sharing,knowledge transfer and knowledge application.However,its manifestations are very diverse,making the mechanism of action can be divided into three types:production demand,industrial clusters and innovative network type.It has the form of diversity,openness,hypercycle,synergy and so on.The sixth chapteris about the operation strategy and guarantee of the knowledge innovation Model of University from the Perspective of Social Function.To make the knowledge innovation activities in colleges and universities can proceed smoothly,we need to focus on two aspects:on the one hand,colleges and universities,need to implement knowledge management and improve the efficiency of knowledge service in colleges and universities.On the other hand,colleges and universities should optimize the mechanism of university institutions,cultivate innovative talents.At the same time,colleges and universities should also provide policy and system security,information security,personnel protection and financial security to protect the smooth progress of the strategy.
