Study On Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of Humanistic Quality

Ideological and political education is the fine tradition and political advantage of our party,moral education is the fundamental task of Ideological and political education,promoting people's all-round development is the basic purpose and final destination of Ideological and Political Education.So,how to maximally carry forward the tradition,highlight the advantages,how to effectively implement the task and reach the end result.Marx said that everything that people strive for is related to interests in "on the freedom of the press and publication grade record of the meeting." and said that once thinking leaves interest,it will make itself ugly in the "Holy Family".Xi Jinxing said that ideological and political work is fundamentally a work of human beings,it must focus on students,care for students and serve students at the National Conference on Ideological and political work of universities,and this fully shows that the driving force of interests and the generation of need are the main driving force of people's behavior patterns.As we all know,demand produces motivation,motivation impact choice,and choice to determine the success or failure of things.In the early period of reform and opening to the outside world,because of the lack of economy,the factors that affect the choice of people's behavior are mainly material demand,struggle for survival.After nearly forty years of rapid development,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a new judgment on the main contradiction——the contradiction between the need for a better life and the imbalanced and inadequately developed,which shows the fetters of material has been solved,a higher level of demand is gradually highlighted,especially rich in spirit,search for development.Therefore,ideological and political education must take the road of innovation and development under the guidance of Marx's interest view,from satisfying material needs to filling spiritual desire,achieving psychological well-being,realizing new expectations for a better life,so as to enhance the sense of gain of ideological and political education.During the course of research,firstly we define the connotation and function of Ideological and political education in Universities under the perspective of humanistic quality,then analyze the inevitability and possibility of studying ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under this perspective.On the basis of the above,sort out the existing problems or deficiencies of College Ideological and political education in the view of humanistic attainment by means of questionnaire investigation,the influencing factors of its existing problems,finding out the conversion of new ideas,reaching new attention,strengthening the problem consciousness and demand-oriented to improve the pertinence,effectiveness and affinity of ideological and political education.finally,put forward the related safeguards mechanism that the ideological and political education in colleges anduniversities could be implemented effectively.Specific research contents are as follows:In the introduction part.firstly,the thesis discusses the reasons and significance of the research.Secondly,combs and analyzes the related achievements both at home and abroad,and then clarify the research train of thought,methods,difficulties and possible innovations.The first chapter is to analyze and set the problems related to the cultivation of humanistic quality.It mainly includes concept discrimination,definition of connotation and function definition,so as to clear the direction,set the scope and lay the foundation for the later research of the subject.The second chapter explains the theoretical analysis of the study of Ideological and political education in the perspective of humanistic quality.The author thinks that any theory of a single subject appeared,the realistic necessity must be clarified;any kind of complex research subject be carried out,the Inevitability of research and the possibility of study must be analyzed(the intrinsic link between the two and mutual value).The thesis holds that the objective needs of today's era,the realistic condition of Ideological and political education,the college students' healthy growth and all-round development of the urgent needs and desires constitute the necessity of this study,at the same time,the function of common and mutual value between cultivation of humanistic quality and ideological and political education are a integration bridge of the two.The third chapter,the realistic consideration of the ideological and political education of colleges and Universities under the view of humanistic quality.In this part,we prepared the questionnaire on the status of Ideological and political education in the view of humanistic quality,Starting from three aspects(six levels):people and people(life care,perfect personality),people and Society(equity and justice,responsibility),human and nature(aesthetic quality,reverence for nature)and so on,which are most compatible with the true meaning of humanistic quality,Selecting the part of double flow(discipline)of universities,the old colleges,newly upgraded college,Using questionnaires and individual interviews,Combining relevant case analysis and drawing on existing research findings,clarifying the main problems of Ideological and political education under the view of humanistic quality,then explaining the reasons for the lack of cultivation.The fourth chapter is to explore the related problems on thinking conversion of Ideological and political education in universities and colleges.Enhancing the affinity and effectiveness,making ideological and political education of the tree of life evergreen,vigor forever,permanent vitality is the main purpose of this research.Therefore,according to the third part of the questionnaire,this part seeks to remedy measures of practical problems which is not well concerned by pedagogue andwhat the educator wants,needs,and puzzled.The purpose is to find a breakthrough point of Ideological and Political Education with new content to meet new expectations,so as to realize the value promotion and the conversion of thinking,so that the ideological and political education play an important role in the transformation of social contradictions.Specifically,from the heart of life care,healthy personality,fairness and justice,efforts to highlight the responsibility,aesthetic quality,pay attention to the interests of the soft heart in awe of nature six aspects of the relationship between the object of education,grasp the transformation principle,innovation methods.The fifth chapter,putting forward the protection mechanism of thinking conversion of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the view of humanistic quality.The realization of the effect of Ideological and political education can not be separated from the necessary policy mechanism.If there is no strong guarantee mechanism and lack of practical effective measures,the idea of good policy is doomed to be powerless and the operation effect will be overshadowed.In the same way,the thinking transformation of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should be effective,we should not only stay on the thinking of the idea,but should be further slender,small and effective in practice in order to produce effectiveness.To this end,the thesis is discussed from three aspects: the practical attention of the school,the active response of the curriculum and the government's efforts to support it.Try to internal and external interaction based on the ideological and political education thoughts are substantive change,from the supply side to the demand side to domestic demand,from paying attention to the social value gradually turned to social value and individual value of common concern.Achieving the goal of satisfactory social value by realizing the goal of individual value to provide strong
