Nowadays, the essence of education is in front of us with the tide of education reform in the new century. In view of the experience and lessons of history, under the requirements of the development of the times, people increasingly realized clearly, essence of humanistic quality education to the education. It not only involves the quality of personnel training, but also related to the future development of the cause of education, but also related to national comprehensive quality and the human civilization evolution. For our country, humanistic quality education is the necessary part of implementing quality education, and it is the key step to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Therefore, the author takes the middle school politics class teaching as the angle of view to carry on the thorough research to the humanities quality education related question.Grasp of the concept of humanistic quality is the basis and premise of the research of humanistic quality education, I started from the concept of the humanities and quality that humanities refers to "man" a kind of intrinsic tutelage; quality is individual on the basis of congenital physiological quality, acquired through teaching influence in education and gradually formed the inherent instability of basic quality. On the basis of the humanistic quality including the humane knowledge, humane spirit, humane methods and human behavior, strengthen the humanistic quality education to efforts from these four aspects, the implementation of the humanistic knowledge teaching and humanistic spirit of the culture, humane methods of master, human behavior, these links constitute the basic pattern of cultivation of humanistic quality. After clarifying the related concepts, the development context of Humanities Education in Chinese and Western were investigated, discover modern humanistic quality education is not only a long history, also has a strong basis in reality, in the historical changes and the development of the times showed not alternative, the time continuous, social group, inherent stability characteristics significantly.It is a new research perspective to infiltrate the humanistic quality education into the ideological and political teaching in middle schools. As a comprehensive subject, ideological and political course carrying special function of educating people, should be duty bound to shoulder the important mission of humanistic quality education. The author from humanistic quality education in the middle school thought political lesson teaching the focus of middle school thought political lesson teaching in the humanistic quality education in the special value of two point of view, to achieve the middle school thought political lesson teaching and humanistic quality education of the perfect fusion. In addition to the meeting point, both in the target, content and methods have similarities, which makes the implementation of Ideological and political education in the middle school humanistic quality education is not only possible, but also very necessary, more practical significance. The author from the social, personal and academic point of view, discusses the humanistic quality education is of great importance for the implementation of the middle school thought political lesson teaching; from the time development of humanistic quality education calls, and tap the middle school thought political lesson teaching is necessary to implement the humanistic quality education; from the Chinese traditional humanism, modern humanism education theory and Marxist theory on human development in, found the middle school thought political lesson teaching the possibility of humanistic quality education.With a focus on humanistic quality education, in order to accurately understand the middle school thought political lesson teaching to carry out the problems existed in the humanistic quality education, the author uses the method of the combination of questionnaire and interview of Shenzhen City middle school students were investigated. The research found that the ideological and political teaching in secondary schools to carry out humanistic quality education there is a lack of understanding of the misunderstanding, systematic, planning is not strong, the lack of security, the effect is not obvious, and other issues. Theoretical exploration is important, but the key problem is how to accurately grasp the basic principles of humanistic quality education in the premise, to further enhance the effectiveness of human quality education. The from constructing the core idea of humanistic quality education, perfect operating mechanism of the humanistic quality education, creation of the external environment of the humanistic quality education, perfect guarantee system of humanistic quality education, five aspects of improving humanistic quality education evaluation system were beneficial attempt.
