The evaluation of moral education plays an important role in awakening moral consciousness,motivating moral power and promoting the moral development,and it is an important carrier to improve the actual effect of moral education.Different from the evaluation of moral education,it involves not only the evaluation of the cognitive field,that is the understanding and mastery of the related moral knowledge,but also the evaluation of the non cognitive fields such as individual emotion,attitude,value,ideology and behavior.Because of the influence of the inertia of scientism,the evaluation of moral education in colleges and universities in our country is a kind of evaluation paradigm based on scientism,which evaluates students' ideological and moral quality according to the methods of knowledge test and examination in natural science,and evaluates the effect of moral education activities with the score of knowledge test.This kind of scientific positive paradigm's moral evaluation,which pays attention to the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation,has direct validity to some extent,but ignores the implicit,complex and human nature of moral education evaluation.Under the guidance of this kind of evaluation paradigm,the existence of human being is different,and the moral cultivation of human is equal to the test score,which leads to the mire of "knowledge-centric doctrine ",and cannot play the guiding,stimulating and promoting role of moral education evaluation.Transform the evaluation paradigm of moral education in colleges and universities,and construct a new model of moral education evaluation which fits the new requirements of the new era of socialist moral education and the new concept of the evaluation of moral education in higher institutions,in order to solve the dilemma and contradictions faced by the evaluation of moral education in colleges and universities,which is the theoretical and practical problem that must be solved.Based on the theory of "paradigm",this paper expounds the development of the theory and practice of moral education evaluation in colleges and universities from the perspective of Paradigm shift,which aims at the drawbacks and defects of moral education evaluation in colleges and universities.The evaluation paradigm of moral education in colleges and universities is the theoretical framework and operating mode of the belief,value standard and methodology supported by the scientific community in the field of moral education evaluation.The transformation of moral education evaluation paradigm in colleges and universities it is not only the reform of moral education evaluation theory,thought and concept,but also the reform of the mode,method and technology of moral education evaluation in colleges and universities,it is whole,rather than local,which mainly includes the change of value orientation,evaluation subject,evaluation standard,evaluation method and evaluation result.Only by deeply studying the basic theoretical problems of moral education evaluation in colleges and universities,can we construct the system Science evaluation system of university moral education.This study adopts the methods of literature research,historical research,comparative study and multidisciplinary research,takes the "retrospect and comb--reflection and criticism--construction and application" as the research thought and logic clue,which makes a thorough and systematic study on the history and present situation,dilemma and contradiction,transformation and application of the moral education evaluation paradigm in colleges and universities in china.First of all,this article comprehensively reviews and combs the development of moral education evaluation paradigm in our country from the historical perspective.According to the theory of educational evaluation and the development of the practice of moral education evaluation in china,the evaluation paradigm of moral education in colleges can be divided into three types: subjective experience paradigm,scientific positive paradigm and humanistic construction paradigm.The evaluation paradigm of moral education in colleges and universities is a dynamic historical development process,which has experienced the historical evolution from subjective experience paradigm to scientific positive paradigm to humanistic construction paradigm,the humanistic construction paradigm takes the human's value as the starting point,respects the students' moral subjectivity,advocates to grasp the information of the students' moral growth characteristics and needs through the pluralistic way,and realizes the meaning construction in the interaction and communication between the evaluators and the evaluationobject,which is an ideal paradigm in line with the actual evaluation of moral education in colleges and universities in china.Secondly,around the value of diversity,this paper expounds and analyzes the value dilemma of moral education evaluation in colleges and universities from the theoretical level,and comprehensively examines and reflects on the contradictions and conflicts in the current evaluation of moral education in colleges and universities,in order to reveal the root of the value dilemma and realistic contradiction of moral evaluation in colleges and universities,which is based on the value orientation the scientific positive paradigm,measured the effect of moral education by means of knowledge test and examination,has not been adapted to the development of the Times.Thirdly,based on the theory of marxist moral education,educational evaluation theory,humanism psychology and complex science theory,this paper expounds the category and orientation of the transformation of moral education evaluation paradigm in colleges and universities from the aspects of value orientation,evaluation subject,evaluation method,evaluation standard and evaluation result,thus constructs a new theoretical framework which should be embodied in the evaluation paradigm of moral education in colleges and universities.Finally,the paper analyzes the beneficial factors of humanistic construction paradigm in the practice of moral education evaluation in colleges and universities,including globalization and multicultural pressure,the thrust of social transformation,the driving force of higher education reform,the pull of moral education theory innovation,and the unfavorable factors,including the omission of system guarantee,the obstruction of traditional culture,the drive of utilitarianism,the inertia of scientism,which clarified the direction and focus of promoting the paradigm of humanistic construction.Based on this,macroscopical aspect,we should improve the evaluation system of moral education,innovate the concept of moral evaluation and consummate the mechanism of moral evaluation;microscopically,we can optimize the methods of moral evaluation,improve the quality of moral evaluation,from the above two aspects,we comprehensively and deeply and discuss the strategy of promoting the humanistic construction paradigm in the evaluation of moral education in colleges and universities.
