Aerobic capacity is an important part of physical fitness, and it is also an important basis for college students to promote physical fitness and promote health. The development of aerobic exercise is conducive to the overall improvement of physical fitness of college students and the consolidation and promotion of physical health. The aerobic capacity accounts for 40% of the physical fitness in the "National Fitness Guide" of China, ranking first in all physical fitness. The purpose of this study is to establish an aerobic capacity assessment method, which has a high correlation with maximal oxygen uptake, and can accurately and effectively evaluate aerobic capacity;the evaluation results can be used for physical education class and extracurricular sports activities, and the evaluation results are help for the student's exercise monitoring;the evaluation results can be used to guide daily physical exercise, promote long-term exercise, and cultivate exercise habits.Based on the results of competitive sports research, the use of sports training and exercise physiology theory, the methods include literature, interviews, experimentation, surveys. The study is divided into three parts:Study 1: Using the literature and meta-analysis.According to the exclusion plan and inclusion criteria,a total of eight studies were used for meta-analysis.It was found that endurance exercise can increase the heart rate recovery(HRR)after exercise(WMD=2.08,95%CI: 0.98 to 3.19,P<0.00001).There is a high correlation between HRR and aerobic capacity, and there is a more reliable reproducibility, which can be used as an index for evaluating aerobic capacity.Study II: Using the literature, interviews, and experiments, perform a regression study of heart rate recovery and maximal oxygen uptake. The study selected 86 male non-sports-trained college students.Performed two retests, one is selected 86 students in the same sample, the other is selected 52 students in different samples. The regression equations for HRR and maximal oxygen uptake after exercise for 2000 m,100m*3 were obtained:(1)2000m equation:(L/min)? maximum oxygen uptake(absolute value)=(3171.812+1040.641* height +32.957* weight-24.018*age+25.916*BMI-377.753*t2000m+1.077*HRmax-5.590*HRR1-9.112* ?HRR2+1.321*?HRR3-17.139* ?HRR4+19.685*?HRR5)/1000(2)100m*3 equation:(L/min)? maximum oxygen uptake(absolute value)=(6688.822-117.724*HRmax-24.228*H RR1-16.888*HRR2+83.822*HRR3+98.891*?HRR4-11.496*?HRR5)/1000Study 3: Through the literature method, experiment method, investigation method, combined with the results of the heart rate recovery equation after exercise, formulate aerobic capacity development program, and test the research results through teaching experiments.Thirty male non-sports-trained college students were randomly assigned to the experimental group, the control group, and the blank group. Each group consisted of 10 students.Six weeks of aerobic exercise including physical education and extracurricular sports activities were monitored. The single factor independent analysis of variance for maximal oxygen uptake showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group and the blank group,F(2,18)=7.328,(p=0.001<0.01,?2=0.435).The results showed that the aerobic capacity program can effectively improve college students' aerobic capacity and increase their maximum oxygen uptake.Research conclusions: 1.There is a high correlation between heart rate recovery and aerobic endurance after exercise, which can be used as an index to evaluate aerobic capacity.2.The regression equation constructed by using the heart rate recovery index for 1-5 min after exercise of 2000 m and 100m*3 for two exercises can effectively predict the maximum oxygen uptake, evaluate the aerobic capacity of college students, and have reliable reliability and validity.3.The aerobic capacity development program can significantly improve the aerobic capacity of college students, improve the level of endurance, and cultivate students' awareness of self-exercise.4.The sports extracurricular activities proposed in this paper as a way to monitor extracurricular sports activities can effectively improve the quality of extracurricular sports activities for college students and help to develop effective exercises.
