Abstract/Summary:
Movement training of different body parts to improve sports performance has been paid attention to by many scholars, and high-intensity interval training methods have also been widely used in various sports. At present,high-intensity interval training research mainly focuses on training intensity and interval time, and is targeted at different bodies. The research on high-intensity interval training of the parts is relatively insufficient. In this study,high-intensity interval training programs for different body parts were designed, and the maximum oxygen uptake and heart rate variability indicators were used to reflect the differences in the impact of three different body parts high-intensity interval training methods on the training adaptation of college athletes. It is expected to provide scientific guidance for the formulation of training prescriptions for college athletes and the improvement of intervention training strategies. Methods: This study used literature methods, experimental methods and mathematical statistics to conduct research. The experiment recruited 48 students from Shanghai University of Sport to exercise as experimental subjects. They were divided into upper-limb HIIT group(high-intensity interval training with upper-limb exercises)by random numbers.),lower limb HIIT group(high-intensity interval training based on lower limb movements),whole body HIIT group(high-intensity interval training based on whole body movements),and the control group(blank control group)4 groups, each with 12 people, respectively High-intensity interval training corresponding to the group 3 times a week for 4 weeks. The height, weight, maximum oxygen uptake, and heart rate variability of 48 subjects were tested before and after the training intervention, and different training intensity intervals were established according to the maximum heart rate. The team polar meter was used to monitor the training intensity, and Calculate the training impulse(TRIMP)for each lesson.Use the paired-sample T test to perform statistical analysis before and after the subjects’ maximum oxygen uptake and heart rate variability indicators to observe whether the differences before and after are significant.Use one-way analysis of variance to improve the maximum oxygen uptake and heart rate variability of the four groups Perform statistical analysis on the degree to observe whether there is a difference in the degree of improvement between the groups. Results: 1)On the maximum oxygen uptake index, the statistical analysis results of the front and back results in each group were: the VO2 max of the upper limb HIIT group increased by 2.64 ml/min/kg,and there was a significant difference between the front and the back(p<0.01),The VO2 max of the lower limb HIIT group increased by3.55 ml/min/kg,with a significant difference between front and back(p<0.01),and the VO2 max of the whole body HIIT group increased by 6.38 ml/min/kg,with a significant difference between the front and back(p<0.001).2)On the maximum oxygen uptake index, the statistical analysis results of the percentage increase between each group are: there is a significant difference between the upper limb HIIT group and the control HIIT group(p<0.05),and there is a significant difference between the lower limb HIIT group and the control group(p<0.05),there is a significant difference between the whole body HIIT group and the control group(p<0.001),there is a significant difference between the whole body HIIT group and the lower limb group(p<0.05),and there is a significant difference between the whole body HIIT group and the upper limb HIIT group(p <0.05),there is no significant difference between the upper limb HIIT group and the lower limb HIIT group(p>0.05).3)Comparative analysis of the front and back data of the heart rate variability index in each group. In the lower limb HIIT group, there are significant differences in the RMSSD,SDSD,TP,and HF indexes(p<0.05).In the whole body HIIT group, there were significant differences before and after SDNN,RMSSD,SDSD,TP,and LF indicators(p<0.05).4)There is no significant difference in the comparison and analysis of the percentage increase of the heart rate variability index among the groups. Conclusion: 1)High-intensity interval training for different body parts is conducive to the increase of maximum oxygen uptake. And the lifting effect of the whole body group is better than that of the upper and lower limbs, and the lifting effect between the lower and upper limbs is equivalent.2)High-intensity interval training with lower limbs and whole body movements is beneficial to improve the heart rate variability of college athletes. However, there is no difference in the effect of different body parts on the improvement of heart rate variability among the groups of high-intensity interval training.
