Research On Standard Technology For Chinese Teenager Race Walkers At Different Speeds

“Technology is the life of race walking”.Race walking's development had been affected by technical rules in China history.But advanced technology conception from foreign help us improve game performance once again.Now,national team athletes have created outstanding results constantly this years.However,young athletes exposed serious technical problems in competition.So,it's necessary for us to do research on adolescent technology.In order to improve the technology performance,this research analyses the relationship between race walking technology and speed,and makes the technology standard for different speeds by using the methods of literature review,experimental test,expert interview,training observation and mathematical statistics.The main conclusions follows.(1)This research constructed technical indicators system for young race walkers by summarizing the research literature,selecting the indicators,processing the data obtaining from live competition.The system contains four vital factors,such as swing,supporting,flighting.Meanwhile,we selected 14 vital kinematics technical indicators.(2)This research analyses the relationship between race walking technology and speed,proves the objective law that technical structure is changing as accelerating;shows that it is a key factor for reasonable acceleration.(3)This research divided the technical indicators into two kinds,such as stable and changeable basing on the relationship between race walking technology and speed,the former containing six and the latter containing eight,and divided the technical indicators into three kinds such as high-quality indicators cantaining seven,middle superior indicators cantaining three,low excellent indicators cantaining four.(4)We created the technology standard at four different speeds intervals for young men and women race walkers.The speeds intervals contains 4.000-4.167m/s? 3.846-4.000m/s? 3.704-3.846m/s? 3.571-3.704m/s for young men race walkers,and 3.704-3.846m/s? 3.571-3.704m/s?3.448-3.571m/s?3.333-3.448m/s for young women race walkers.(5)This research diagnoses the technology for young race walkers in the 33 th National Athletic Meeting.Diagnostic results are consistent with the actual situation and confirms the practicality and feasibility of the technology standard.
