In order to improve the technical level of Chinese athletes' race walking,using the literature data method,expert interview method,measurement method and mathematical statistics method,4(20 foreign countries,2 domestic)of the Taicang IAAF World Walking Team Championship in 2018."Characteristics are studied,and the specific results are as follows:1.The two athletes in China walked to the medium speed at low speed,which showed that the average frequency of the left and right legs increased,and the average step size decreased.Wang Kaihua's low-speed to medium-speed move is improved by increasing the step frequency and step size.Gold is moving forward from low to medium speed,mainly by increasing the step frequency.The medium speed goes to the high speed,mainly by increasing the step size to increase the speed.Foreign athletes walked from low speed to medium speed,the average frequency of left and right leg steps decreased,and the step length increased.Their speed increase was mainly achieved by increasing the step size.The medium-speed to high-speed phase is characterized by a step frequency and a step size increase.1.The low-speed,medium-speed,and high-speed vacant time of foreign athletes are within the reasonable time limit,the body ups and downs are small,and the technical stability is good.Wang Kaihua's vacating time at three different speeds is within a reasonable range,and the ups and downs of the body are not obvious,and the technical performance is good.Jin forward high speed technical stability is poor,vacant time 75 ms,more than 70 ms within the referee's naked eye penalty,low speed,high speed walking body undulation distance of 9cm,far greater than two foreign athletes,body undulations.2.Chinese athletes walked to the high speed at low speed,and the vacated time increased,increasing the risk of penalty.Wang Kaihua walked to the high speed and vacated the time in a reasonable range.The ups and downs of the body were not obvious,and the technical performance was good.Kim forward's high-speed technical stability is poor,vacating time is 75 ms,there is a foul,and the low-speed,high-speed body undulation is 9cm,and the body is undulating.The speed of vacant time for foreign athletes to go to high speed is reduced,and the technical stability is good.3.The low-speed walking to the high-speed Chinese and foreign athletes showed the technical action of the big arm rear swing.Wang Kaihua's rear swing angleis larger than that of foreign athletes,but there is still a gap with the world's best athletes.4.The athletes of our country walked at a low speed and the angle of the rear sill gradually decreased.After the gold is forward,the squat is poor,and the squatting force ends too early;when the foreign athletes go to the medium speed,the squat angle decreases,the left squat angle increases,and the right rear squat angle does not change;Wang Kaihua walks two thighs at high speed.The angle is small,and the left and right legs are lower than the two foreign athletes.It is more reasonable for the gold to move forward at a low speed and at a high speed,but the middle speed is smaller.Two foreign athletes walked at low speed and the angle between the two thighs was small,and the angle of the game increased.5.The low-speed Chinese athletes walked to the medium-speed walking angle,the medium-speed to the high-speed walking angle increased,and the landing technology is better than the foreign athletes.Two foreign athletes walked to the high speed at low speed,the landing angle decreased,and the landing technique was poor.Wang Kaihua's high-speed right knee joint showed obvious heel.The angles of the knee joints of the foreign athletes with overlapping knees are low-speed and medium-speed.The mid-speed is high-speed.With the increase of speed,Steiner Massimo always maintains a reasonable angle and has a good technical performance.6.The athlete's torso angle of the Chinese athletes has also decreased at low speeds.The Chinese athlete Wang Kaihua has no obvious changes in the trunk technical movements,and the whole body trunk technical movement control is good.Kim moves forward at a low speed and at a medium speed.Foreign athletes walked at a low speed and went to the high-speed torso angle,and the trunk technology was good.
