The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Public Table Tennis Club In North Vietnam

In northern Vietnam,public table tennis has developed quite maturely.With more and more people taking part in table tennis,some amateur table tennis clubs have been set up accordingly.But,until now,many public table tennis clubs are not able to carry out activities effectively,without specific organization and management institutions,without clear organizational regulations and so on,so it can not fully stimulate the enthusiasm of the local people to participate in it.By means of data analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathe-matical statistics,this paper makes a survey and Research on the public table tennis club in northern Vietnam,and draws the conclusion of the development status of the popular table tennis club in the north of Vietnam.Five stages of development of the popular table tennis club in northern Vietnam.The popular table tennis club in northern Vietnam includes the following three popular table tennis clubs: the public table tennis club of the government,the public table tennis club of the government and the civil society and the private table tennis club.The three corresponding management modes: the management mode of the public table tennis club,the government and other enterprises and the public table tennis club(joint venture)management model,and the management mode of the private table tennis club.The table tennis club developed by the government has developed well.There are still many restrictions and shortcomings in private investment clubs,but the development of private investment clubs in the future is the main.The infrastructure and equipment of the Volkswagen table tennis club in northern Vietnam can not meet the needs of the public,and the organization and management of the public table tennis events and the social publicity are obviously lagging behind.Based on the above investigation and analysis,aiming at the current problems of the Volkswagen table tennis club in northern Vietnam,this study puts forward eight countermeasures:1 Do well in education and publicity to improve public awareness of physical exercise and physical fitness.2 Improve and reasonably use the facilities and facilities of table tennis clubs or stadiums.3 Improve the table tennis club management organization system structure mode.4 Improve the relevant laws and regulations for the public table tennis club.5 Establish and improve the management mechanism of special management departments or special management associations of table tennis projects.6 Establish and develop table tennis club activities and table tennis competition system.7 Standardize the use of funds for public table tennis club activities.8 Promote the establishment of effective solutions to the socialization of table tennis clubs.
