National physical fitness is the material foundation of a country’s economic construction and social development,and is an important component of a country’s comprehensive national strength.It is an important symbol of a country’s social civilization and progress.A strong country must have a strong body,a strong body must first strengthen the body and strengthen the body,we must start from the children.Children are the hope of mankind,the future of the country,and the potential productivity of the country.Pay attention to the growth of children,enhance their physique,has important significance on the development of the human society,the constitution is the foundation of their future study and life,but also their physical and mental health foundation,Socialist Republic of Vietnam future will based on the National Forest of the world,the key to make greater contribution to human development.This article through to Vietnam Hanoi children aged 7-10 years for four consecutive years to track the physical measurement and evaluation,to understand the Vietnamese pupils in Hanoi began to specific changes in physical health from the age of 7,find out the factors affecting the physical health of students in Hanoi,and explore the corresponding countermeasures,finally build evaluation system set suitable for evaluating the physical health status of pupils in Hanoi at the age of 7-10.Setting,physical health evaluation of Hanoi city primary school and primary school physical education curriculum reform to provide scientific basis for.At the same time,the physical health status of the 7-10 year old pupils in Hanoi was compared with the whole state of Vietnam,and the differences between them were analyzed,which laid the foundation for the study of the regional differences of the physique of the pupils.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Starting from the body shape,physical function,physical quality and psychological four aspects,survey of physical status of children aged 7-10 years in Hanoi,individual differences in 7 age group body shape index is relatively small,with the difference of age is more obvious,especially the weight.The physiological function indexes,regardless of age groups,were different among individuals.Among the quality indexes,the difference between the individuals in the 30 meter stand and the vertical start was the smallest,while the difference between the soft flexion and the sit ups was the greatest among individuals.The gender difference of shape and height was the most obvious,but there was no significant difference in functional cardiac work index,gender difference in vital capacity,and gender differences in all quality indicators.2.Hanoi 7-10 year old primary school students,regardless of age groups,body shape indicators,functional indicators and physical quality indicators overall level is better than the average level in vietnam.3.Vietnam national physical health evaluation standard of health assessment on the constitution of Hanoi 7-10 years old students,most index score and rating the overall distribution is very scattered,most indicators of statistical results showed a skewed distribution,or peak is low,that is good and excellent level of the relatively high proportion,or intermediate level students the proportion is not significantly higher than other grades phenomenon,each grade distribution relatively equal.4.In order to evaluate the difference of the physique health among the students in Hanoi and Vietnam,the standard was assessed as the percentile method,that is,the individual index scale.First of all,for the benchmark test on the data distribution of each index in the range of 2 of the data is greater than 95%,the data can be regarded as the standard of distribution,then,using K-S test or D test,the measurement results of 12 indexes of the test of normal distribution,with probability P=0.076>0.05 test results,so that the original the frequency distribution of the data obey the normal distribution,finally,C can be used for scoring,formulate the standard for evaluation of Hanoi 7-10 years old students physique index.5.The scoring standard and grade evaluation standard of physical condition of 7-10 year old pupils in Hanoi were constructed.And compared with the Vietnamese national physical health standards,test results show that the Vietnam "6-18 year old student physical fitness evaluation standard" the physical fitness distribution to achieve excellent and good accounted for more than 50%grade distribution is not reasonable;the system of the "Hanoi 7-10 year old student physical fitness evaluation standard" of the evaluation,and reach the middle pass ratio of more than 50%,more in line with the normal distribution.Therefore,this evaluation scale is more scientific and reasonable.It is more applicable to the physical health assessment of the 7-10 year old students in Hanoi.It can provide reference for the evaluation of physical condition,diagnosis,examination and evaluation of physical health status of Hanoi primary school students,and promote the implementation and development of physical health work for primary school students in Hanoi.
