sports demand,the folk traditional sports organizations,as a carrier,were the inherit of the traditional culture,developing the national fitness,and meeting the diverse needs of the people.The main role of carrier in the promotion,development space is expanding.The survival and development of folk traditional sports organizations does not only affect the effects of cultural inheritance,but also affect the development of the national fitness industry.In the process of rapid social transformation and development,the soil for the growth of folk traditional sports organizations has undergone tremendous changes.The situation of organization is not optimistic about the overall survival of the organization in its adherence to tradition and innovation.Shanghai is one of the first cities in China to start to build modern city.Its community reform is also at the forefront of development.It has not only a century-old organization such as JingWu Sports Association,Chinese Martial Arts Association,but also an innovative organization(Mulan Boxing Association)with the title of “Million Women Army”.Taking the survival logic and optimization strategy of Shanghai folk traditional sports organizations as the research content,it can provide reference for the survival and development of the folk traditional sports organizations in China.This paper,using research methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires,case studies,and mathematical statistics,takes Shanghai traditional,glamorous and legal-type three kinds of the folk traditional sports organizations as research objects from the research perspective of the organizational sociology.According to the theory of organizational system,symbiosis,authoritative,Institutional and life theory,cultural original ecology theory,the paper focus on the three research issues of "cultural inheritance,organization construction and external interaction" for the survival and development of urban traditional folk sports organizations.The paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The folk traditional sports organizations are mainly divided into three types: traditional type,charismatic type and legal type.The survival situation,survival mechanism and development limitations of the three types of organizations are different.(2)The key point to develope folk traditional sports organizations lies in the living heritage of organizational culture,organizational management and organizational interaction and external interaction.Cultural living heritage is the core,organizational management is the pillar,and organizational external interaction is the guarantee.Cultural inheritance mainly includes the process of transmitter,contractor and inheritance;organization and management construction mainly includes organizational goal to be established,leadership selection,management team construction,structure construction,organizational activity development,and institutional guarantee;organization external interaction symbiosis need to clearly organize the external interaction and symbiosis of subject,the mechanism of symbiosis and the guarantee of symbiosis.(3)The overall existing state of organization.For the cultural inheritance,both the descendants and the recipients are mainly middle-aged and retired middle-aged women with high enthusiasm and loyalty.The motivation is to improve physical and mental health and to increase communication.The inheritance place is mainly in the square and other sites of the collective activities with inheriting project technology.For the organizational construction,leading democraticelections,managing the general working relationship within the team,public service as public service-oriented goals.Daily guidance,training and performance requirements for performances.For the structure of grassroots site constructiond with both formal and informal institutions combined.Most dissatisfied with incentives,publicity and institutional development.In the external interaction symbiosis,the main body of the government is the sports and cultural departments.The resources to be obtained are mainly service project;the main body of the enterprise adopts the enterprise leader or enterprise as the organization director or member with obtaining funds and project resources;the main body of social organization mainly conducts technical exchanges with similar organizations;Most of the media entities do not have stable cooperation.(4)The survival status of the three types of organizations.For the cultural inheritance of traditional organizations,the transmitters and the recipients are mainly middle-aged and middle-aged males with high academic qualifications and income.The enthusiasm,loyalty and demand level of participation are higher,and more emphasis is placed on organizing project culture connotation and technical principles to be teached and has higher requirements for behavioral ethics;On organizational construction,leadership is mainly from traditional inheritance.The member of management team is a blood relationship with service member as the target.The most dissatisfied place on the level assessment and the event.External interaction is the most closed.For the charismatic organization,all dimensions of the cultural inheritance are the weakest;For organizational construction,the selection of manager is from democratic elections and traditional inheritance,the member of management team is a business relationship.The goal is mainly public service.The most dissatisfied place on the level assessment;the external cooperation situation is between the other two types of organizations,mainly based on public welfare services.For the legal organization,all dimensions of the cultural inheritance are in the middle;in the organization construction,the manager is mainly democratic elections and government appointment or appointment.The management team is an ordinary working relationship,the goal is higher in public services and administrative services.In the external cooperation,the some of the most open and more cooperative entities have established a stable cooperation mechanism.(5)The survival mechanism of traditional organizations is the original ecologicalization of cultural inheritance,the ethicalization of organizational construction,and the “difference patternization” of external interaction and symbiosis.The limit of its development focus on the small scale of cultural inheritance and the lack of stability of effects.The contractualization of construction and the external interaction of the organization are very simple and closed.The survival mechanism of the charismatic organization is the modernization of cultural inheritance,the personalization of organizational construction,the contractualization of external interaction,and the development limitation is the connotation construction of cultural inheritance.Insufficient,organizational sustainability.the external interaction subject is relatively single and the insufficient relationship stability;the survival mechanism of the institutional organization is the platform of cultural inheritance,the administrativeization of organizational construction,and the diversification of external symbiosis.The development is limited to culture.The instrumentality of inheritance is slightly stronger,the independence of organizational construction is insufficient,and the symbiotic relationship outside theorganization is insufficient.(6)The reasons for the differences in the three types of organizational survival conditions lie in the different coordination degree of the organizational system and the different guarantee conditions of the external guarantee of the organization.Fororganization system coordination condition,it mainly comes from organization impetus "culture,life,system differences" and differences in the cultural inheritance " inheritance and innovation ",the organization construction "emotional and institutionalization of" difference,degree of organizational resources source "simplification and diversified" departments,different transfer of government functions,insufficient service capacity of pivotal organizations,and imperfect policies and systems,which result in insufficient institutional guarantee,space guarantee,platform guarantee and institutional guarantee for organizational development.(7)Sub-category and sub-strategy optimization measures within the organization.Traditional organizations need to be perfected in terms of "cultural inheritance appropriate modernization" and "appropriate standardization" of organizational construction;charismatic organizations need to be perfected in terms of cultural inheritance "connotation construction " and organizational construction "institutionalization".Institutional organizations need to be perfected in terms of the "original ecology" of cultural heritage and the "independence" of organizational construction.The development of sub-strategy means that under the mandatory mechanism,the organization actively responds to the requirements of grade evaluation,excellent selection,honor recognition,accumulating legal capital for organizational development.Under the imitation mechanism,the organization can learn Mode,structure construction method,activity development form of the management of competitors,advanced organizations to achieve organizational survival;Under the normative mechanism,folk traditional sports organizations participate in the cultivation of pivotal sports organizations,invite expert leaders to guide and promote the interaction between middle managers and participants.Organizational professional theory is to guide organizational development.(8)The organization’s external symbiosis strategy is a biased symbiosis and mutual benefit symbiosis.It adopts a partial symbiosis strategy for weak organizations,and obtains resources and energy through one-way government support and relying on a comprehensive organization platform.For a more powerful organization,the mutual benefit symbiosis strategy can be adopted to obtain mutual resources by participating in public sports service provision,providing member services,public welfare services,and developing cultural and creative industries.(9)Organizational development environmental safeguard.Inter-departmental coordination between the departments,the upper and lower,and the internal and external,to provide institutional
