Research On Developing Urban Leisure Sports In China From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

For a long time,the logic behind China’s urban construction is production first then life,which fell into the crisis of "urban disease" after the rapid urbanization process.In the urban transformation and development,"ecology,leisure and health" are the key "elements".According to the 《Athens Charter》,leisure is one of the four functions of a city,and the《Universal Declaration of Human Rights》mentions that everyone has the right of leisure.Leisure sports is the combination of leisure and sports,leisure is a life attitude,sports is a means of survival.Urban leisure sports are the instinctive needs of urban residents to cope with "urban disease",which caters to the value appeal of taking the optimization of residents’ life as the core of the current city,and complies with the development trend of "better city,better life".Based on the cognitive principle of dialectical materialism from individual to general and from personality to commonness,this paper selects three case cities for research,aiming at exploring the internal laws and operation paths of urban leisure sports development.Its theoretical significance lies in broadening the research scope of urban leisure sports and its practical significance lies in promoting the quality of life of urban residents.By using of literature research,comparison research,system analysis,fieldwork,questionnaire survey and case study methods,this paper discusses the following contents: first,the theory part of city leisure sports research,including the definition of the important core concept,the changes of urban leisure and the perspective of traditional urban leisure culture,the leisure sports practice under urban ecological civilization;Second,the practice investigation of urban leisure sports,including the demand expression and behavior restriction of urban residents,the supply feedback of urban leisure sports,and the analysis of the existing problems and reasons;Third,the construction of urban leisure sports supply-delivery system,including the construction principle,construction compliance,components and linkage power;Fourthly,the development concept and thinking of urban leisure sports.Through comparative deduce and empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Culture is the gene of urban life and the "genetic code" of urban leisure.Different regional cultures give birth to different urban leisure traditions,such as Hangzhou leisure under the Wu-Yue culture,Jiangcheng leisure under the Jing-Chu culture and Chengdu leisure under the Ba-Shu culture.Regional leisure culture with its own characteristics provides "driving force" and "nourishing source" for the development of urban leisure sports.(2)Ecological civilization is an interactive process with the development of urban leisure sports.Ecological civilization is the external impetus for the vigorous development of urban leisure sports,and leisure sports is the practice means of the construction of ecological civilization.Hangzhou,Wuhan and Chengdu are the models of ecological civilization construction,and make use of the regional ecological environment to form the characteristics of leisure sports development.(3)Problems existing in current city leisure sports development are that the coordination of “ecological,production and living space” is not smooth;structural constraints is prominent,effective supply is shortage,supply structure is imbalance,supply mechanism is not free,the development of leisure sports industry lags behind and so on,the reasons of which are that the law of development is not taken seriously enough;there are obstacles in development system;the governance system is not perfect,and operation mechanism lacks linkage,etc.(4)Urban leisure sports is a subsystem project under the urban system,which consists of three element subsystems(supply,demand and environment)and one power subsystem(operation).The supply subsystem is the guidance and guarantee,the demand subsystem is the internal source and power,the environment subsystem is the support and reliance,and the operation subsystem is the coordination and drive.The interaction and coordination among the subsystems will jointly promote the virtuous cycle development of the urban leisure sports supply-delivery system.(5)According to the structure of urban circle,the scope of urban leisure sports space should be scientifically arranged and the urban leisure sports activities should be carried out reasonably.Based on this,the structure of urban leisure sports circle should be constructed: inner circle--community leisure sports space--core leisure sports activities;Middle layer--urban leisure sports space--developmental leisure sports activities;Outer ring layer--leisure sports space in urban circle--balanced leisure sports activities.(6)There is no universal model and unified standard for the development of urban leisure sports,but similar cities can learn from each other.In the development of urban leisure sports,we should guide by the concept of "innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing";strengthen ecological civilization to improve the development environment of urban leisure sports;attach importance to urban planning to optimize the spatial structure of urban leisure sports;explore the law of development to develop urban leisure sports according to local conditions;promote public service to break the contradiction of urban leisure sports development;adhere to market leading to enhance the vitality of urban leisure sports development;encourage social participation to establish effective demand expression mechanisms.
