How to make use of the government- leading and maximize the utilization of social resources to build domestic sports health service system are the problem that the scholars pay attention to.Through the interview method, the current situation of domestic sports health service of the aged people of Wuhan City was investigated analyzed. The results show that the domestic sports health service of Wuhan city lacks relevant policies and regulations; The funds are insufficient; Service quality is not high; Service contents are single; Service coverage is not wide; Supply is isolated. The desire of the old people enjoy domestic sports health service is difficult to achieve. It is urgent that through the government-leading, the resource of health service be integrated and domestic sports health service system.On the basis of the research methods of literature and logical analysis and so on, the domestic sports health service system of the aged people of Wuhan City was constructed. Under the policy leading, clear and definite the principle of the system and target function. The service elements of system include service group, service object, service mode. Service types include:government-leading, community-driven and community organizations leading. Government and related institutions supervise and evaluate the service, service the aged people at different income Levels.Conclusions:1. The construction of domestic sports health service system in Wuhan city should put the family and social service agencies and government together, forming the organic whole that community cooperates and promotes each other.2. For the difference of economic level of the elderly group, respectively, set up the corresponding class such as the free, low pay, for value and so on to form a complete set of multi-level home fitness service system.3.
