Theoretical Construction And Application Of Rural Public Sports Service Collaborative Innovation

In order to carry out the national strategy of national fitness,This study aims at improving the cooperative innovation ability of rural public sports service and promoting the rural fitness activities.Using literature method,interview investigation method,Delphi method,case method and comprehensive analysis,was aimed at the following content which involved the collaborative innovation theory of the rural public sports service and the typical case which acquired good practice effect:1)Research on collaborative innovation theory of rural public sports service.2)Research on cooperative innovation management system and operation mechanism of rural public sports service.3)An empirical study on the application effect of rural public sports service in rural areas of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai.4)Research on the type of cooperative innovation mode of rural sports public service and its implementation path.5)Research on the cooperative innovation legal guarantee system of rural public sports service.Through the interview and survey three provinces 45 townships,95 administrative villages in the village cadres and 760 villagers of jiangsu,zhejiang and Shanghai,got interview scripts,recording,photo and video,and data sorting analysis.The following conclusions are drawn from the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods:1.The collaborative innovation of rural public sports service includes the main elements of collaborative service and the innovation elements of collaborative service.Collaborative service main factor includes the government-oriented,the administrative department of sports,education administrative department,the administrative department of culture,the health administrative departments,enterprises and public institutions and social organizations and so on,all of above multivariate main elements cooperate together.The innovation elements of collaborative service mainly include innovation system mechanism,innovation organization form,innovation work method,innovation activity form,innovation activity content,innovation condition guarantee and so on.2.Collaborative innovation mode for developing the rural public sports service type is mainly divided into:the main body in harmony,innovation system and mechanism,the innovation organization constructive and innovative working methods,innovation activity form,content type,condition safeguard model of innovation.Survey of villages and towns and administrative villages for rural public sports service,through the cooperative innovation mode of practice,in perfecting the construction of sports organizations,fitness activity venue construction,actively organize activities and site equipment utilization rate,the satisfaction of the masses,etc,to achieve better effectiveness.3.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper build rural public sports service synergy innovation ability and the service effectiveness evaluation system,more practical,strong operability,make the evaluation research of this article,demonstrated through effective collaborative innovation practice activity,in the rural public sports service can obtain good actual effect,has strong effectiveness,achieve the desired objective.4.On the basis of this thesis to analyze quantitative evaluation of the results of the survey,in the practice of the rural public sports service,the villages and towns of rural public sports service collaborative innovation ability,public sports service effectiveness,the two always in the top 15 points and the number of villages and towns in the proportion of the villages and towns have,jiangsu,zhejiang and Shanghai were 11.8%,36.4%and 83.3%respectively.The overall evaluation of the synergy innovation ability and public sports service in three provinces is:Shanghai,zhejiang and jiangsu.5.Through qualitative evaluation and analysis of the practice of rural public sports service in typical towns and administrative villages,the results of quantitative evaluation and analysis are proved to be consistent.The results show that the cooperative innovation ability of rural public sports service has great influence on service effect.In the practice of providing public sports service for the countryside,the villages and towns and administrative villages can achieve better service effect.On the contrary,the cooperative innovation ability is weak,the effect of rural public sports service and national fitness activity is relatively weak.6.There are still some deficiencies and problems in the collaborative innovation of rural public sports services,and the following feasible effective countermeasures and measures are needed:to further play the leading role of the government;We will focus on improving the cooperative ability of service subjects.To increase the innovation of management system and work mechanism;To innovate the construction of rural sports associations;Comprehensively improve service innovation capacity;Improving the physical condition of physical fitness in rural areas;Constantly innovate ideas and ideas.In order to effectively improve the cooperative innovation ability and service effect of rural public sports service.7.To strengthen the construction of legal system of rural sports,guarantee rural public sports service collaborative innovation and development of policies and regulations,can effectively promote rural public sports service capacity and service efficiency.Therefore,there is an urgent need for special rules and regulations to regulate and guide collaborative innovation to carry out rural public sports services.Also need to gradually establish including laws,regulations,rules and normative documents,local regulations and regulatory documents,the level of rich,informative guarantee rural sports work system of legal norms,can effectively guarantee the development of rural sports.Collaborative innovation in rural public sports service has become a new trend and direction.
