As an important part of children's development, the development of motor competence in children can not only play an important role in their cognition and sociality and personality development, but also have important value for the promotion and promotion of children's and adolescents' physical health and the development of regular exercise behavior. With the rapid development of social economy,as well as the scientific and technological changes represented by information technology, people's way of life behavior has also quietly changed, while bringing convenience to modern life. The caring action with “health” as the main line has begun to receive attention and attention from various countries. In particular, improving the level of physical activity of young people, curbing the decline of youth physical fitness, and effectively promoting the development of motor competence have become the public health field and the education sector and the society as a whole.Although countries around the world have successively carried out assessment tools and related measures around the assessment of the development of motor competence, the development of children's motor competence will be influenced by many aspects such as social economy, religious culture, and regional climate, and it will show obvious differences. Therefore, how to effectively learn from the frontier theory and research results of European and American action development fields, actively carry out localization research, establish an evaluation system suitable for the development of children's motor competence, and build a multi-dimensional model of children's motor competence development, which can not only enrich the children's motor competence in China. The theoretical research of development can also provide decision-making consultation for the promotion of children's motor ability in the new era.Based on the current research progress on the characteristics and evaluation of children's motor development at home and abroad, this study comprehensively uses the methods of literature, measurement, questionnaire, scale, mathematical statistics, etc.Based on the revision of the German children and adolescents' ability assessment tool DMT6-18,the “Shanghai Children's Motor Test(CMT-SH)” was established.A total of 6010 children aged 84 to 107 months were tested. This study established a standardized norm for the development of children's motor competence.Secondly, using CMT-SH assessment tool to measure the development level of 733 Shanghai school-age children's motor competence, based on the perspective of social ecosystem theory, this study specifically analyzes the individual constraint feature layer, physical activity feature layer and social-physical environment feature layer and the influence and mechanism of various factors among them on the development of children's motor competence in Shanghai. Finally, combined with China's actual national conditions, the social ecology model of the development of children's motor ability in China was established.Through the above theoretical and empirical research, and the research draws the following conclusions:1.The " Shanghai Children's Motor Test(CMT-SH)" compiled on the basis ofrevision contains 9 test capability dimensions and a total of 9 test tasks. The evaluation tool has good objectivity, reliability and validity. The five dimensions include strength, endurance, precise control coordination, time pressure coordination, and flexibility. The nine test tasks consisted of 6 minutes of running,20 seconds of running,15 seconds of lateral jumping,40 seconds of sit-ups,40 seconds of push-ups,80 grams of throwing balls, standing long jumps, balancing backwards and standing forwards.2.According to the age group and gender, the mean and standard deviation norm of 5 different dimensions of motor competence of children 7-year-old and 8-year-old children are established. In practice, the development of children's motor competence can be tested according to the child's gender and age.3.This study explores and analyzes the influencing factors of the development of second-grade children's motor ability in Shanghai by cross-sectional study, and examines the individual constraint feature level, physical activity feature level and social-physical environment through disordered multi-class logistic regression. The influence and role of characteristic level factors on the development of children's motor ability.(1)At the level of individual constraint eigenvalues, the age factor does not show obvious influence on the operational ability of each dimension, but from the overall level of action ability development,it has a significant negative impact on the development of action ability. The BMI index, which is a typical indicator of body shape, and the physical ability self-perception of psychological factors all have an important influence on the grouping of children's motor competence. With the increase of the BMI index, the development of children's motor ability has shown a significant decline.Physical self-perception has a positive impact on children's ability to group.(2)At the physical activity characteristic level, the child gender role formula and age factors did not show significant effects between the level of physical activity and the level of development of motor ability. The increase in the amount of physical activity per week, especially the increase in the level of physical activity in schools, has a significant effect on improving mobility. At the same time, the recommended amount of physical activity per week for children is also an important reference indicator for effectively suppressing the downward trend of children's motor competence to a low level.(3)In the social-physical environment layer, the family structure can have a significant impact on the child's ability to exercise. The growth ability of children in the “core family” is significantly higher than that of the other two families. The positive support of parents in sports and the regular fitness behaviors of both parents can positively affect the grouping of children's motor ability levels, and the influence of fathers is significantly higher than that of mothers. In addition, geographic factors have also played a significant role in early childhood performance.4.Based on the data analysis, this study derives the social ecological model of the development of children's motor ability from the perspective of social ecology. The model mainly consists of five systems, namely, the individual constraint featurelayer that constitutes the micro system, the physical activity feature layer that constitutes the mesoscopic system, the social-physical feature layer that constitutes the peripheral system, the policy policy guidance layer that constitutes the macro system, and the feedback system. The action ability feedback layer. These levels also include different factors that influence children's ability to move. The model presents a macroscopic perspective of the mechanisms by which five systems interacting.
