Research On The Usage Behavior Process Of Mobile Social Network Of The Elderly Based On The Life Cycle Perspective

The aging trend in China is getting worse and the number of elderly people is growing significantly.The phenomenon of "empty nesters" is not uncommon.The development of mobile social networks further marginalizes the elderly as information vulnerable groups and puts them into social difficulties.At the same time,more and more elderly people are using mobile social networks to ease their social difficulties.But the characteristics of elderly users of mobile social network lead to a series of problems that are significantly different from other user groups in the process of using mobile social network.It is of great significance for China to promote the construction of "active aging",continuously develop the mobile social network industry and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly to conduct in-depth analysis of the use behavior process of the elderly users of mobile social network and reasonably guide the use behavior of the elderly users of mobile social network.The thesis can be divided into three research stages.The first stage is the theoretical research stage.The main research content is to sort out the research on the use behavior of mobile social network users at home and abroad and relevant conceptual theories,summarize the components and process stage division of the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social network and build the process mechanism model of the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social network.In the second stage,specific studies were conducted on the different stages of the life cycle of the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social networks.Empirical research,mixed research,experimental research and relevant theories were used to conduct in-depth studies on the whole process from generation to decline of the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social networks.The third stage is the strategic research stage.Based on the research conclusions of this paper on the use behavior process of elderly users of mobile social networks,the guiding strategies of the corresponding stages are proposed.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:The first chapter elaborates the research background and significance of the topic selection,sorts out the research status at home and abroad,defines the research content,research methods and research objects,and establishes the research technology route.The second chapter expounds the mobile social network concept,characteristics and service mode,clear the connotation of the life cycle,theapplicability and model classification,and an overview of the social network user behavior related theory,including theory,motivation theory,the purpose chain information systems success theory,data fusion theory and stress and coping interaction theory.The third chapter studies the use behavior process mechanism of elderly users of mobile social networks from the perspective of life cycle.Firstly,the paper proposes the components of the use behavior of elderly users in mobile social networks.Secondly,the paper defines the use behavior process of elderly users in mobile social network,divides the use behavior process of elderly users in mobile social network into stages from the perspective of life cycle,and analyzes the driving factors of different life cycle stages of the use behavior of elderly users in mobile social network.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,the mechanism model of mobile social network elderly users' behavior process from the perspective of life cycle is proposed to provide theoretical framework support for the full paper.The fourth chapter studies the use intention of elderly mobile social network users in the formative stage.Firstly,based on the theory of means and end chain and ladder climbing method,in-depth interviews were conducted with elderly users of mobile social networks in the formative stage.Secondly,by extracting the relationship between interview elements,an explanatory structure model is built to stratify the elements of elderly users' willingness to use.Finally,the hierarchical structure chart of elderly users' willingness to use in the mobile social network is generated based on the hierarchical results,and the hierarchical relationship between the elements of elderly users' willingness to use in the mobile social network is analyzed to provide theoretical support for guiding strategies in the formative stage.The fifth chapter analyzes the continuous use behavior of elderly mobile social network users in the development stage.Firstly,on the basis of the information system success model and the information system continuous use model,this chapter combines the driving force and external driving force of the use behavior of the elderly users of mobile social network in the development stage to build the influencing factor model of the use behavior of the elderly users of mobile social network.Secondly,sample data were collected by questionnaire survey,and the collected questionnaire data were cleaned and processed to test the reliability and validity of the data.Finally,the structural equation is used to verify the theoretical hypothesis,which provides theoretical support for the guidance strategy in the development stage.The sixth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social networks in the mature stage.First of all,data on the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social networks in the mature stage were collected based on the logs of mobile terminals.Secondly,the assignment ofexperimental tasks requires the elderly users involved in the experiment to complete and obtain the corresponding experimental data.Then,according to the correlation analysis of behavioral data of elderly users in the mature stage,the tag system of behavioral characteristics of elderly users in mobile social network is constructed.Finally,according to the use behavior data and experimental data analysis results of elderly users of mobile social network,the use behavior characteristics of elderly users of mobile social network in the mature stage were obtained,which provided theoretical support for guiding strategies in the mature stage.The seventh chapter analyzes the burnout of elderly mobile social network users during the decline phase.Firstly,the definition of burnout of elderly mobile social network users was defined.Based on the interaction theory model of stress and coping and the social network technology overload theory,the burnout model of elderly mobile social network users in the declining phase was constructed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the relationship among pressure,response and results of the burnout model for elderly users of mobile social networks,and proposes hypotheses.Finally,SPSS,Amos and other tools were used to specifically analyze the pressure sources and coping results of burnout of elderly mobile social network users,which provided theoretical support for guiding strategies in the phase of decline.Based on the research results from the third chapter to the seventh chapters,the eighth chapter constructs the theoretical system of guiding strategies for elderly users' behavior in mobile social networks from the perspective of life cycle and proposes corresponding guiding strategies in the life cycle stage.Firstly,the importance of behavioral guidance strategies for elderly users of mobile social networks is clarified.Secondly,it expounds the dilemma of guiding the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social network under the current social background.Finally,from the perspective of life cycle,this paper proposes the guidance strategies for the use behavior of elderly users of mobile social network under different life cycle stages from the perspectives of government,mobile social network platforms and elderly users of mobile social network.Finally,this article is based on life cycle perspective,research conclusions are summarized from five aspects,respectively is older users use mobile social network behavior in the process of understanding,the formation of mobile social networking older users' willingness to use,continued use of older users behavior development stage and mature stage of older users using behavioral characteristics to older users use burnout and recession stage.Then,the value and contribution of this paper are proposed respectively from the theoretical and practical levels,and the future research direction and the deepening of this study are proposed.In the theoretical level,this paper promotes the behavior of older users use mobile social network theory system construction,for the behavior of older usersuse mobile social network to study and put forward the new research Angle of view,and build a life cycle perspective older users use mobile social network behavior guide strategy system,the mobile social network older users using different life cycle stages of reasonable guidance to provide theoretical support.In practice,the significance of this paper is to guide the government to play the main role and reasonably guide the elderly to use mobile social network by administrative means.Meanwhile,it also guides the adjustment and improvement of the system functions and services of the mobile social network platform to ensure the provision of personalized services for elderly users.Moreover,it guides elderly users of mobile social network to play their subjective initiative and actively integrate into mobile social life.
