Teachers' teaching development is the main part of teachers' development.With the rapid development of society,the content of teachers' teaching work has changed greatly,making new requirements to teachers.The construction of theory should be based on detailed observation of the fact,while the development of teachers is a long-term process,and is not uniform.Restricted by methodology,it is almost impossible to describe on the development of the teachers.Based on the methodology of cultural psychology,through selecting typical representatives during the development process of primary school teachers as the object,this research try to describe the process of teaching development of primary school teachers,analyze the driving force of teachers' teaching development,summarize the development mechanism.And then,the research makes a dynamic assessment of primary school teachers' teaching development and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of teachers.The teaching development of teachers is divided into three stages: The first stage is the information communication phase.The essence of teacher teaching is between teachers and students is the information communication.This stage is divided into two periods: The first is to construct the basic information exchange process and then improve efficiency of information exchange;The second stage of teacher development is meaning--information communication stage.On the basis of the first stage,the communication between teachers and students increases the subjective meaning.The meaning of teaching is divided into three levels: the meaning of the course itself,the meaning of the students and the meaning of life;The third stage is a system based on the meaning communication between teachers and students,which can be updated automatically.Person's self promotes the development by adjusting internal and external factors.There are two kinds of I-position about teachers: career position and development position.In the first stage,teacher's career position plays a major role in promoting the development.By constantly adapting to external demands and developing behaviors,teachers construct the identity in schools.When individuals gain recognition and ownership in psychology,the focus will be shifted to the improvement of teaching level.As a cut-off point,teaching begins to produce real internal meaning for teachers,that can make themselves choose the external evaluation criteria independently.In second stage,teachers' development position gradually highlights,plays a main role in regulating the development of teachers.Teachers begin to pursue successful results and honor and look to break through to the next stage.The process of seeking a breakthrough requires a great deal of effort,and teachers cannot insist on indefinitely.The development of teachers ultimately needs to achieve a state of balance.When teachers develop are in long-term setbacks,they may develop self-defence and negative development value.Teachers are more sensitive to the factors that are adverse to development in the environment,and reduce the need for self-development.Teachers' development position will exit the center of self or disappear gradually.Teachers achieve balance by lowering the cost of work,reducing the feeling of giving and defining the boundaries between life and work.Teacher's career position,development position and other self-positions could fuse is the ideal state of teacher development,that can help teachers construct system of the third stage.This kind of fusion is not only left teachers' development position,but the development position is the main adjustment function while can adjust individual's other self-positions and then reach a balance of the self.Teacher's teaching development is interaction process of teacher's individual cognition,behavior and self,and influenced by the cultural environment.In the first stage,teachers gradually clarify and concretize their understanding of teaching and establish a basic teaching cycle through the construction of teaching behaviors.With the process of clarification and concretization,teachers begin to try to optimize their teaching behaviors based on the existing cycle and construct the teaching graphic applicable to them.Teachers will take the initiative to sense favorable factors in the environment and gradually explore the method of further improve the teaching to promote themselves to the second stage,when thinking they have the ability to control the basic teaching and having enough confidence.In the second stage,teachers can think about their own teaching abstractly and search for more effective teaching methods actively.They develop teaching practice through the deconstruction and reconstruction based on the original teaching.At this stage,the individuation of teacher teaching begins to highlight.At this stage,the teachers either can structured the experience to reduce the load and improve efficiency,also can adjust and improve their own teaching structure actively to integrate their own cognitive structure.Teachers construct the third stage independently in their own situations.To structured and habituated existing successful experience is the foundation for teachers to achieve breakthrough development.The key indicator of successful breakthrough is the strong intrinsic motivation of teachers.Intrinsic motivation requires teachers to integrate individual development and career development on the basis of intrinsic value.The meaning of the construction of teachers in teaching practice is the key factor that influences teachers' intrinsic motivation,which should be consistent with their own needs as well as the values in the external environment.The dynamic assessment of teacher's teaching development is through a set of interview dialogues to make teachers reflect on their beliefs and practices,and achieve the purpose of analyzing the development situation and diagnosing development problems.The dynamic assessment is based on practicality,representativeness and situational principle,mainly through measuring teachers' teaching practice and self-position to diagnose teachers' development problems.Teacher's teaching development begins with teacher education period.During this period,teachers need to establish a complete view of development and students,and cultivate their ability to balance life and regulate their emotions.In the early stage of development,teachers need to construct a solid foundation of development and a kind of positive development concept.And then the ability to deconstruct and reconstruct should be gradually trained in the development.Teachers need to feel the support from cultural environment,so that teachers can develop actively.
