In recent years, computer games have a rapid development, especially online games. It have a far-reaching impact on the young students. Computer games with its beautiful screen, wonderful music, fascinating in the context attract many students, but also computer games become essential part of students' extra-curricular life.It arise from Internet Addiction, cybercrime and other social problems.People are worried about the negative impact of the game, at the same time people also think why the computer games can attract students. Then educational games came into being in our country, which use game as a means, education as purpose. Educational games create a relaxed and harmonious learning environment for students.Educational games allow students in the joy of the game to learn ,in the game full of self-released,which allow students play,at the same time learn a lot of knowledge to improve the efficiency of the students, it reflects " entertaining "thinking. At present, educational game software of china have many varieties, especially primary educational game software products. But most of the game software are designed for the sake of students'using after-school practice, genuine educational game software products in the classroom are scanty. At the same time,in order to attract students , we must seize the students' intrinsic motivation, rather than external factors. Malone studied why people like computer games, and summed up a complete set of "internal Motivation Theory ". Therefore, this paper advances the primary classroom educational game software design and development process as well as the corresponding strategies based on Malone's intrinsic motivation. At the first ,this paper analysed reserch actuality at home and abroad from"Malone intrinsic motivation theory", "educational game software design and development theory", "educational game software practice " three point. Then this paper defined three concepts: game, educational games, educational games software. Then introduced theoretical basis of the educational games software design: Malone theory of intrinsic motivation, Situational Learning Theory, immersion theory and game study theory. The core of this paper is that combined Malone's intrinsic motivation with primary school classroom educational game software design and development, advanced five phases of primary school classroom educational game software design and development :analysis stage, design stage, planning and scheduling stage, development stage, and the evaluation stage. In the analysis stage ,this paper mainly analysed learners and learning content; In the design stage, this paper combined Malone's intrinsic motivation element and the game design; In the evoluation stage, this paper mainly gatherd information and produced game scripts; In the development stage,it involved game development platform, the art and music of game, the program design of games; In evaluation stage ,it included both the summative evaluation of all stages, and the formative evaluation of each stage.According to the theoretical basis, author designed and developed a case, mainly introduced experimentation in the first grade, and analysed experimental data and disgussed experimental results. Finally this paper summarized the experimental results and obtains that in the classroom using educational game software can improve low student achievement, improve student interest in learning and author advanced reflection and prospect. In later teaching, educational game software as a teaching resource will enrich teaching and learning activities.People also constantly explore educational games theory and practice ,in the hope that this reserch will provide some inspiration to everyone.
