Research On The Construction Of Teachers Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Ordinary Colleges And Universities In My Country In The New Era

The teachers of ideological and political theory course(hereinafterreferred to as "ideological and political teacher")in ordinary colleges and universities(hereinafter referred to as "universities")are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students.The overall quality and working level of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities are directly related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students and the quality of training socialist builders and successors.Under the background of connotative development of higher education,taking quality improvement and connotation development as the guidance is a new model and innovative dimension for the teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),we have attached great importance to ideological and political work in schools,paid attention to the construction of teachers in ideological and political courses,and introduced many favorable measures."It is easy to find teachers,but hard to find teachers." Profound changes in the face of domestic and international situation,the different cultural blend,multi variable,the trend of the market economy deepened,the rapid development of multimedia communication and so on all sorts of challenges,all regions and departments,universities,and conscientiously implement all policies of ideological and political work,teachers team construction direction is more specific,teachers training plan more comprehensive,teachers structure more reasonable,more perfect teachers safeguard mechanism.The teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities continue to expand,optimize their structure and further improve their overall quality.By investigating and studying the existing problems in the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the difficulties and influencing factors,and explores the ways to improve the construction.This paper holds that the construction of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities can be divided into four stages.The first stage,from the reform and opening up to the end of 1980 s,is the restoration and adjustment period of the construction of ideological and political course teachers.The second stage runs through the 1990 s,which is a period of strengthening and improving the construction of ideological and political course teachers.The third stage,from the beginning of the new century to the beginning of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,is the planning and promotion stage.The fourth stage,from the 18 th national congress to the present,is a period of high-quality development.On the basis of summarizing the historical experience and facing the new requirements of the new era,this paper argues that the current construction of ideological and political course teachers in universities in China faces four challenges:The imbalanced development of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities;The problems of ideological and political course teachers in universities;The challenge of college students to ideological and political course teachers in the new era;There are four problems such as insufficient guarantee of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities.To face the difficulties of education courses teachers team construction in colleges and universities and the challenge,this paper argues that college education courses teachers team construction should take full advantage of the party and the state attaches great importance to ideological and political work of the development of the historical opportunity,grasp the law of the ideological and political work and the principle,use and implement the state policies,improve the quality of higher school ideological and political education work.The basic idea is to adhere to the party-to-party leadership,to build a joint force of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and to build a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers.In the process of data collection and paper completion,literature research method,statistical research method,empirical investigation method,comparative research method and so on are mainly used.This article main innovation point is: since the reform and opening in 1978 for the first time in more than 40 years of education courses in colleges and universities the evolution course of teachers’ team construction in system analysis,according to the characteristics of the different historical period,the development of the ideological and political theory course teachers team construction phase is divided into four evolution stages,partly filled education courses construction of ideological and political theory teachers.The theories related to the construction of the faculty of ideological and political theory in universities mainly include the theory of all-round development of human beings,the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and maslow’s hierarchy of needs.Through theoretical research,it provides methodological guidance for the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the historical process and basic experience since the reform and opening up.The third chapter explores the problems and causes of the construction of teachers in the new era.This chapter systematically sorts out the beneficial exploration on the construction of ideological and political course teachers since the reform and opening up,and lays a foundation for the follow-up research to summarize the problems and solutions.The fourth chapter is about the university ideological and political theory teacher team construction countermeasures.By perfecting the selection and training mechanism of ideological and political course teachers,perfecting the growth and development mechanism of ideological and political course teachers,and strengthening the professional construction of ideological and political course teachers,the long-term mechanism of the construction of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is constructed.
