The report to the 18th CPC National Congress states that educating people through virtue is the fundamental task of education.It not only points out the development direction of education,but also puts forward higher requirements for teachers' morality.In the school teachers symposium about Ideological and Political Theory,Xi Jinping emphasized that “Ideological and Political Theory course is the key course to implement moral education and cultivate people,and the key to run the Ideological and Political Theory course is the teacher."Accordingly,the teacher's ethics of Ideological and Political course plays a very important role in the implementation of the basic task of establishing morality and educating people.Middle school students are in the "jointing booting period" in life,and they need to be carefully guided and cultivated.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the moral construction of Ideological and Political Theory teachers in middle schools.It not only helps to improve the ideological and moral quality of middle school Ideological and Political Course teachers,but also helps students to grow up in an all-round way,and helps to strengthen the moral exemplary role of middle school Ideological and Political course teachers,so as to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity.On the whole,the current situation of Ideological and Political teachers in middle schools is positive,but at the same time,there are still some problems in the moral of some Ideological and Political teachers in middle schools,which are affected by the factors of individual teachers,the construction mechanism of moral and the social environment.Therefore,it is necessary to provide targeted paths for the moral construction of Ideological and Political Course teachers in middle schools from three aspects: strengthening teachers' self-cultivation,perfecting the construction mechanism of teachers' moral and creating an atmosphere of respecting teachers.
