Research On The Management Of Teachers' Team Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Undergraduate Colleges In Hohhot Area

Competency research has been carried out around the world.Over the years,people have continuously explored the modeling of competency,the importance of competency to the development of employees,and the potential value of competency in human resource management.Become a popular term for human resource management.In recent years,with the development of higher education and the increasing demand for talents,the competence of college teachers has received more and more attention and attention.As an important force in the teachers' team of colleges and universities,the ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities have strong political and ideological characteristics.They are the propagandists of the party's theory,line,principles and policies,and promote socialism.The disseminator of core values is the leader of the healthy and talented college students,shouldering the important mission of the Lide Tree.The quality of teachers in ideological and political theory courses is not only directly related to the development and effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,but also related to the role of educating people in colleges and universities.This paper has important theoretical and practical significance for the special group of college ideological and political theory teachers.There are many studies on competency by scholars at home and abroad,but there are few studies on the competence of teachers in ideological and political theory courses,especially the teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the western region.Therefore,this paper will use literature research methods,empirical research methods and comprehensive analysis methods to explore the strategies for improving the competency of ideological and political teachers.Competency is the potential and deep-seated qualities of individuals who are able to separate those who have outstanding achievements from those who perform in a job(or organizational culture).Competency model refers to the sum of a set of competencies that must be possessed for a particular task role.This paper combines the research of relevant scholars and the preliminary construction of the competency model of ideological and political teachers according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the central government,including knowledge literacy,professional skills,political literacy,teacher morality,personality traits,teachers and students.Seven dimensions of relationship and professional identity,each with different secondary indicators.In view of the seven dimensions of competency characteristics,the author conducted a survey of teachers and students in undergraduate colleges in Hohhot.Through the comparison of teacher self-evaluation and student evaluation results,the competency of ideological and political teachers showed different levels.For example,the related subject knowledge and research ability are relatively weak,the awareness of teaching reflection and teaching research is not timely enough;the political sensitivity is not high enough;there is still room for improvement in respecting the level of learning;the personality characteristics are diversified;understanding There are not enough students;there is a lack of identity in their own profession;career development and career planning are not clear.In view of the problems existing in the competency of ideological and political teachers,this paper puts forward corresponding promotion strategies.From the perspective of individual level,internal training and external training enhances the overall quality of individuals.From the school level,it takes multiple measures to promote innovative talent management system.In terms of synergy,create a good social environment.
