As a kind of social consciousness,core values which reflect the common value standardsand spiritual pursuit of social members are the spiritual core and essence of a country's mainstream ideology.Seen as future builders and successors,teenagers' recognition and practice of core values are not only related to their own growth,but also to the stability and development of the whole country and nation.With the deepening of global integration and the continuous development of modern science and technology,human culture has gradually changed from monoculture to diversity culture.Various values are stirring and melting in part with each other,which weakens the exclusivity of the dominant culture.Because of their shallow social experience and immature physical and mental development,adolescents inevitably lack a stable and correct understanding of core values in the complex reality,which will lead to the confusion of value orientation and even the lack of ideals and beliefs.How to integrate social spiritual factors under the environment of globalization and diversity culture and guide the young people to consciously identify with and actively practice core values,so as to condense people's will and shape the national spiritual home,is an important task for the ideological construction of today's countries.No country can or should stand to be conservative or self-confined.From a global perspective,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to correctly understand the education of core socialist values for Chines teenagers and promote its innovative development in the process of reviewing and reflecting on the practical experience of others.The Nordic region,including Sweden,Norway,Finland,Denmark and Iceland,has been greatly influenced by the social democratic ideology in its long-term development,and has gradually formed the core values of "democracy,freedom,equality and unity".On this basis,the unique “Nordic model” has been created and become a globally recognized region with high social identity,people's well-being,cultural quality and moral accomplishment,which also has a recognized positive impact on the sustainable and stable development of Nordic Europe.On the one hand,governments of Nordic countries integrate mainstream ideology into the construction of national political,economic and welfare systems,and fundamentallywin citizens' value recognition by safeguarding and enhancing individual interests.On the other hand,they draw full attention to the main role of education for dissemination and cultivation of core values,which formed a unique empirical approach in the teenagers' core values education.However,in the domestic academic circles,there has not yet formed any specialized and systematic study on Nordic teenagers' core values education at present.Therefore,this paper attempts to conduct a panoramic exploration and reflection in order to provide reference for the cultivation of socialist core values in China from the perspective of others.As we all know,the cultivation of teenagers' core values should be developed under the guidance of the government,with school education as the main position,family education as the basis,and social education as the extension.It is from these dimensions that North Europe has made efforts to effectively penetrate its social democracy core values into all aspects of adolescent life through all-round linkage and docking.Especially Nordic schooling which has experienced the development stages of religionization,secularization and nationalization,gradually evolved from the medieval "religion education" to the modern "moral and democratic citizens education".With "limited value intervention" as the basic stance and"reasonable teaching,democratic dialogue" as the main principle,Nordic schooling which emphasizes both the value of personal development and the function of the political guiding includes "political beliefs,history and culture,democratic consciousness(skills),religious ethics,the relationship between the national races,international consciousness”,and many other content.In terms of education approach,Nordic schools do not directly set up unified ideological or political education courses,nor do they advocate overly theoretical positive preaching.Instead,they use indirect and comprehensive education approach to exert a subtle influence on teenagers.In Nordic schools,both explicit curriculum and implicit curriculum arranged systematically contain the guidance of values;therefore constitute a rich and colorful core value cultivation system which combines well with holistic curriculum and whole character education.On the whole,although the core values education in Nordic countries contains positive guidance,it is generally "nameless,hidden and influential".It respects teenagers' subjectivityand difference,effectively integrates various forces,not only guiding young people to establish correct values from the perspective of individual development,helping them form national identity and become qualified citizens,but also maintaining national ideological security in accordance with national demand,which provides sufficient reserve force for the long-term and stable development of Nordic society.On the basis of a comprehensive survey of Nordic teenagers' core values education,it is necessary to take a rational review of Nordic experience with the method of class analysis,the posture of openness and inclusiveness and the way of dialectical sublation.In the long-term exploration and practice,Nordic teenagers' core values education gradually embodies six major characteristics of coexistence of religion and secularism,combination of explicit norms and implicit infiltration,balance of individual freedom and social responsibility,unity of value cognition and value practice,cohesion of consensus and accommodation of differences,,interaction of top-level design and multiple aspects.However,the constant impact of multi-cultures,the idealistic educational proposition,the value core of individualism,the tendency of flexible and spontaneous education,and the rise of the tendency of knowledge-based also lead to the decline of the dominance and authority of the core culture in Nordic to a certain extent,which reveals the dilemma and limitations of Nordic core values education to a certain extent.Stones from other mountains may not be flawless,but still have the effect of tapping jade.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to draw on the achievements of human civilization.In order to strengthen the cultivation of core socialist values,it is necessary to explore the core value construction of foreign countries,and effectively broaden the thinking of China's practice on the basis of selectively and critically absorbing useful experience from foreign reasonable elements.However,this kind of learning is by no means a simple introduction without thinking or a rigid copy without reform.It should on the basis of in-depth dialogue with the world's advanced cultural achievements "make its own growth into an effective channel to promote the great development and prosperity of socialist advanced culture" through reference and.Facing the beneficial experience and dilemma of Nordic countries,we must adhere to the Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and methodology,deeply analyze the enlightenment of Nordic teenagers' core values education with firm "China consciousness" and "China position",then the theoretical construction and practical development of China's core socialist values education will be truly realized by consolidating the basis of belief,strengthening cultural confidence,paying attention to the life world,promoting field integration and creating a democratic atmosphere.
