And the paper studies inthe dominance of sublimating regulators’ level in power, in the basis of benefits share under theimprovement of social security system, in the methods of promotion of postgraduates’self-evaluation and self-improvement and self-self-development. At last, the paper indicates, inorder to enhance dominated force, centripetal force and practicing force on core socialist valuesidentification, to achieve postgraduates’individual value and social value, to pool positive energy torealize the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation, they must explore realistic approaches amonggovernment, society and individual.
