The rapid development of MOOC education has profoundly affected the mode and structure of education.On the one hand,MOOC education,as an online education platform,has absorbed the citizens of the world to study on the platform,making the number of potential learners of MOOC education grow rapidly.At the same time,the MOOC education platform allows a variety of high quality courses to be open to learners online,which further promotes the scale of the MOOC education curriculum system.On the other hand,the MOOC education platform has the characteristics of randomness,discontinuity,and long-term,and the learner's learning motivation difference on the platform is large,and the performance of MOOC education is difficult to be evaluated,which adds great challenges to education management.This paper takes the life cycle management of MOOC learning as the core research content.On the basis of defining the basic concepts of MOOC and analyzing the characteristics of MOOC,the MOOC learning management as a whole life cycle is divided to MOOC learning motivation management,MOOC learning process management,MOOC learning performance management.This paper conducts research from these three aspects.Study 1 focuses on MOOC learning motivation management.The theory of emotional experience satisfaction,self-interest realization theory and selfrealization demand theory in MOOC learning motivation theory are discussed.Based on these three aspects,the MOOC learning motivation theory model is proposed,and the influencing factors of MOOC learning motivation are summarized.The internal factors affecting MOOC learning include emotional experience,pursuit of interests,and self-realization.The external factors affecting MOOC learning include MOOC related personnel conditions and transaction conditions.Aiming at the formation and persistence characteristics of MOOC learning motivation,a multi-Agent collaborative management model and management mechanism are constructed.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to empirically analyze the formation and persistence of MOOC learners' learning motivations based on internal and external factors.Based on the empirical analysis results,the realization path of MOOC learning motivation management is proposed.Study 2 focuses on learning process management.Based on behaviorism theory,cognitive theory,constructivism theory and relevance theory,the process management framework of MOOC learning is proposed.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the MOOC learning process,three influencing factors system of the three major categories and nine subcategories are formed,which affects the effect of various factors of learning sticky characterization on the learning process of MOOC learners.According to the characteristics of MOOC learning process,the multi-Agent collaborative management model and management mechanism of MOOC learning process are constructed,and 11 research hypotheses are proposed.Using Granger test and cointegration analysis,the causal relationship and long-term equilibrium relationship between each influencing factor and learning stickiness are empirically analyzed,and the realization path of MOOC learning process management is proposed based on the empirical analysis results.Study 3 focuses on learning performance management.The two aspects of learning performance evaluation objectives and learning performance evaluation principles are discussed.Based on the theory of learning satisfaction evaluation,the evaluation system of MOOC learning performance is constructed,and the learning satisfaction is divided into four dimensions: emotional experience satisfaction,chasing interest satisfaction,self-realization satisfaction and third-party satisfaction.According to the characteristics of MOOC learning performance,this paper constructs a multi-Agent collaborative management model and management mechanism for MOOC learning performance.Based on the analytical method of structural equation model,the MOOC learning satisfaction structural equation model is constructed and empirical analysis is carried out.According to the empirical analysis results,the realization path of MOOC learning performance management is proposed.Based on the characteristics of MOOC learning management,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of MOOC learning management based on multi-Agent collaboration and performs the role division of MOOC learning management.The multi-dimensional MOOC learning management model is constructed,which highlights the subjective status of learners in MOOC learning management,and emphasizes the synergistic significance of human factors,psychological factors,time factors and transaction factors.Based on the idea of collaborative configuration strategy library,a feasible scheme for collaborative management strategy configuration is proposed for different types of learners,different motivation learners,different state learners and different performance learners.In this paper,the discrete learning theory is constructed by multi-Agent collaborative modeling in the management of MOOC education platform,and the research hypotheses of these theoretical systems are tested.It is the development of previous learning motivation theory,learning process theory and learning performance evaluation theory.At the same time,the research of this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the scientific nature of MOOC learning management and promoting the better development of MOOC education.
