Under the background of the development of the era of knowledge economy,innovation ability has gradually become an important factor influencing the coaching level of high-level coaches.The internationalization and professionalism of competitive sports put forward higher requirements for the innovation of coaches.The reform of competitive sports system changes the pattern of the original management and operation subjects,and the breaking of the original barriers changes the organizational environment of coaches.The changes of internal and external environment will inevitably affect the psychology and behavior of coaches.Based on this,this paper USES the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,logic analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Based on social cognition theory,social exchange theory,organizational behavior theory,planned behavior theory,etc.This paper tries to explore the influence mechanism of the sense of organizational support on the innovative behavior of coaches from the perspective of psychological capital and learning ability of coaches.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Coaches' perceived level of organizational support can indeed have a positive impact on their innovative behaviors in the coaching process.The perceived organizational support of coaches is mainly manifested in two aspects: institutional support and instrumental support,and both forms of organizational support have significant effects on the innovative behavior of coaches.This shows that the current attempts and implementation of innovative ideas of coaches cannot be separated from a good organizational support environment,and coaches generally have a strong desire and motivation for innovation.Therefore,the competent authorities and leaders of the coaches should provide the coaches with multi-layer innovative support,especially emotional organizational support,to create a relaxed organizational atmosphere for the coaches and improve the innovative performance of the coaches.(2)The coaches psychological capital in the coaches on the effects of perceived organizational support influence coaches innovation behavior completely intermediary role,this suggests that the organization of competitive sports coaches provide all kinds of support are coaches awareness,change their cognitive ability and psychological motivation,the change of the psychological capital driving coaches on the implementation of the innovation idea.Therefore,the competent authorities and leaders of coaches should develop and cultivate the psychological capital of coaches in various ways,cultivate the optimistic spirit,enhance the sense of self-efficacy,and enhance the tenacity to resist innovation setbacks.(3)The coaches learning ability in the coaches on the effects of perceived organizational support influence coaches innovation behavior completely intermediary role,it shows that under the background of knowledge economy,coaches are aware of the importance of learning,and provide training for coaches in organization learning and performance management oriented learning behavior under the auspices of the coaches of innovative thinking and problem solving ability has improved,to solve the problem in the process of coaching is not deterministic problem laid the foundation.At the same time,through the improvement of learning ability,coaches' self-efficacy and psychological quality to deal with problems also become stronger,further enhancing their ability to solve innovation risks.Therefore,the competent departments and leaders of coaches should guide the learning needs of coaches and encourage coaches to take the initiative to learn and develop themselves,so as to be in an advantageous position in the competition.(4)The perceived organizational support ? coaches psychological capital ? coaches innovation behavior of path analysis,the study concluded that: the coach perceived organizational support can significantly positive influence on psychological capital level of the coaches and coaches of perceived organizational support structure variables system support than instrumental support,psychological capital effect is more significant for the coaches.At the same time,the study also found that psychological capital level of the coaches to positive affect innovation behavior of the coaches,coaches self-efficacy of psychological capital structure variables coaches innovation behavior of positive influence is more significant,and the optimistic psychological variable of the coaches and coaches of no effective causality between innovation behavior.Thus,it can be seen that in the three-factor model of coach,organization and environment,psychological capital of the coach plays a key role in how the good support provided by the coach organization drives the positive innovation behavior of the coach.(5)In the sense of organizational support ? coaches learning ability ? coaches innovation behavior of path analysis.,the study concluded that the coaches the perceived organizational support can significantly positive influence on coaches learning ability,the coaches instrumental support dimensions of organizational support structure variables than system support dimension,effect is more significant influence on the ability of coaches.In addition,the study also found that the learning ability of coaches can have a positive impact on the innovative behavior of coaches.Therefore,it can be concluded that a good organizational support atmosphere not only cultivates the positive psychological quality of the coach,but also improves the learning ability of the coach.Only sufficient conditions and necessary conditions can ensure the innovative performance of the coach in teaching.(6)The research on the social exchange theory,social cognitive theory and the theory of planned behavior theory as the foundation,based on the organization of individual innovation behavior,perceived organizational support,psychological capital,individual learning ability and the innovation behavior coaches related research results,build the coaches the relationship between perceived organizational support and coach innovation behavior influence mechanism model,demonstrates the path of the relationship between variables,explores the coaches psychological capital and coaches intermediary effect of learning ability.The research believes that the research results of this paper are the development and supplement of relevant theories,and the research conclusions can be used as the evidence of relevant researches.Meanwhile,they also provide different research perspectives for relevant researches of coaches,which have certain theoretical and practical significance.
