Chinese Professional Soccer Fitness Coach Cultivation Research

The competitive level of modern football is getting higher, the development gap of each team's technical and tactical is gradually narrowing. In an intense football match, there include not only the competition of player's technical and tactical, but also the other factors which can decide the outcome of the game. Physical fitness is as one of the players'basical quality, which plays a vital role for the players to win the game, so palyers'technical and tactical, mental ability to play all need to have the abundant fitness as a guarantee, then physical fitness decides not only the players'competitive state, but also the match result. When we start to attach importance to players'fitness training, the professional football fitness coach who is in charge of the team's physical fitness training is emerging. Whether the cultivation of football fitness coach is mature become the restriction factors that can improve our country's football fitness training level. In this research, I study the ways which can cultivate the football fitness coach, so that find the better reasonable way to cultivate football fitness coach.Through investigation and research, our country doesn't have many ways which can cultivate football fitness coach, and we don't have a special cultivation way. In Chinese football fitness coach cultivation field,there are some deficiencies.1. There is no perfect system of organization, so every cultivation way is in'confusion and mixed up.2. There is no reasonable curriculum setting and clear teaching materials, so coaches don't know how to learn fitness theory and fitness practice technical.3.There is no clear qualification for football fitness coach, specifically, we don't know how to test fitness coach, and which ability football fitness coach get guarantee of the qualification. because we don't have clear rules.4. There is no clear management for football fitness coach. A professional fitness coach should keep learning and update their knowledge, so the development of football fitness training will get a higher level.5. The CFA should resolve the post of football fitness coach. In this way, professional teams can recruit football fitness coach, and ensure the coaches'rights at the same time. Although the CFA has began to pay attention to football fitness coach and required the fitness coach position of every team clearly. But if we don't deal with these problems, we wouldn't cultivate a qualified football fitness coach and establish learning coaches team. Then it is not good for the development of Chinese football fitness training.Through comparative study, this research proposal a preliminary scheme about Chinese football fitness coach cultivation. This include cultivation outline, cultivation content, assessment standard, coaches' management and so on. This research invested the coach in the AFC/CFA football coach education program (grade B), collected their opinion about Chinese football fitness coach cultivation,so that it can provide theoretical basis for the research.
