Research On Building Learning Team Based On Coach Organizational Learning In National Sports Team

At the age of new competition in world athletics sports, coaches of China national sports team have no choice but to keep on learning to survive and develop in the fast environment. The learning ability of coaches which work for national sports team becomes being the core competitive power of sustainable development of China sport. Base on literate research, questionanaire investigation, statistical treatment, the reasuts of this research show as the foliowings:First, there have some learning problems in coach learnig : (1)we pay more attention to the coach individual learning than team learning;(2) the relationship between learning and working of coaches was destroyed by the systematize learning;(3) the low level learning is not good enough to coach behavior improvement;(4) the one-way information flowed has do harm to the ability of coaches learn and apply;(5) the rank learning has neglected coaches' human character.Secondly, the conditions of China sports coach post training and organization learnig are: (1) China sports coach post training does not meet all the needs of coaches;(2) the key coaches even pay great attention to enhance the ability of organization learning;(3) learning coach's team in national sports team of China is the friendly development to China Sports Coach Post Training.And thirdly, with the help of organization learning theory, thees learning problems above all can be solved easily by setting up the learning coach's team in national sports team. They are advanced that can be satisfied in all sorts of coaches learning to make the development conform to China competitive sports and coaches' needs. It considers to make sports training work improvement and forms more diversified;It adapts to the spirit on " Olympic Games win planning" and can be accepted by the coaches in the emotion and culture. So it is the right thing that set up learning coach's team of national sports team in China.Fourthly ,the essential skeleton for learning coach's team in the national sports team is as shown: (1) set up the dynamically and sustainable learnig idea;(2) the whole brain model is the best choice to sets up the organization mechanism of learning coach team's learning;(3) pursue a lasting and effective mechanism for coaches organization learnig ,such as taking the key coach as the core status in the sports team and setting up the self-control work and learnig team .
